The phone was delivered slightly later than initially told, BUT the phone arrived and currently operating without any defects and doesn't seem to have any physical disfiguration. Thus far this phone had met my expectations and I intend to continue to use back market and stay a loyal customer for all my te h needs. Thanks BackMarket!

I love love love back market. I found them over 8yrs ago. I've never had an issue. phone was fair condition and only came with a few scratches along the edges of them and paint peeling. most of it is paint peeling and the scratches aren't deep. I couldn't give backmarket enough high stars! and tell everyone about it! best place to find high quality newer phones for very reasonable prices!

It's my first time buying from here so I'm surprised how great it is! The phone came sparkly brand new, with no scratches, or glue marks, even the pen's tip is in perfect shape. The sound system is good and the camera quality is great. It feels like a new phone rather than a refurbished one, which is unexpected to me because I bought from Amazon twice before and both of the phones came with scratched, dull pen's tip, and one even got Verizon locked when they claimed it would be Unlocked. I returned them both and bought this one here, so glad I did! I never had a white Samsung before and gotta admit it looks so much better than my black one, the white and silver gave it a futuristic look. Loving my Galaxy Note20 Ultra. Replaced my Note 9. Have had it a week and it's worked flawlessly and was in the condition requested. This is my 2nd phone through BackMarket. Customer service has been great when I needed it. Only glitch was that I upgraded for overnight shipping and didn't get it. Need to contact customer service about that.

My daughter loves her fully loaded Galaxy Note 10. She is able to do more on her phone than the laptop she was amatuering gaming on. Everything is good and a good fit for her needs. Thank you Back Market for your refurbishing these phone back to practically brand new form.-Pat

I was surprised, to be honest I was worried about the battery life with a refurbished phone. It's actually like buying a phone for the store except the price is much more affordable. This phone works like brand new. I'm very happy with the product and when I'm ready to upgrade I'll be back. Thank you.

Phone received fast. Good condition. Only thing I wish was better on it was battery. Came with 0%, charged to 100 before turning on. Been on maybe 10 mins max and already down to 93%. Also didn't know this phone didn't have a 3.5mm headphone jack. Not a deal breaker, but wish I had one. Bluetooth lags. But thank you for the refurbished phone. I do appreciate and am going to put this one in a case so that I don't break the screen on this one!! :)

Before I bought the Note 20 Ultra 5g back in October 2023, I looked around and did my research. From the phone itself to the distributor. I didn't want to waste my money on anything sub-par that couldn't do what I needed it to. Nor did I want to give my money to a shady company that's earned an infamous reputation & having multiple less than desirable reviews. When I found out about Backmarket and read into them and their family of tech savvy refurbishers,along with their mission, as well as all the reviews from satisfied customers; I thought I had found my new home for tech and electronics. 3 months later I'm still extremely happy with my phone and Backmarket. Btw I bought my phone in "fair" condition however with an exception of 1(one) tiny little faint scratch on the screen, it looks like it could pass for new. Bravo Backmarket team. 👏 Thank you.

This is my fourth Samsung Note phone. I'm glad to do business with Back Market. I like having the filters to choose the condition of refurbished phones. I especially like that you ship by Fed EX and don't reroute through USPS. Third, the personal service is good. All in all a good business model!
