I bought my first refurbished device, the delivery was pretty fast. I have been testing the device and pretty everything works great, I got it with extra charge battery and they literally put a new battery in it. Battery life for me is all day. Enjoying my new phone. I got a good deal. Would recommend 👌

I was skeptical but after receiving the device, it is in great condition. If you have a sharp eye like me too you will see very minor scratch maybe half a centimeter to 2 but otherwise functions great and looks clean. My shipment was delayed would be my only complaint, I think I may go refurbished from here on out.

Bought this Samsung Galaxy S23 from BackMarket after my Motorola died on me in November. I've had family purchase phones and laptops from here so I was confident everything will be just fine and it was! The phone came in a bag much to my dismay but aside from that everything has been functioning well up to this point!

The two Galaxy S23 128GB phones arrived quickly and were in excellent shape. You would have a hard time telling them from new phones. We are still learning (struggling) to get everything programmed and the way we want them to be. We upgraded from the S10 so it is a bit of change. We have bought our phones from Back Market in the past and will again in the future Thank you!
