    I'm very impressed with Back Market refurbished products. For the most part, they're reasonably priced. I was able to get a Samsung galaxy s23 for half the price of a brand new one. The phone was cosmetically and functionally in very good condition. I was very surprised. What got my attention about Back Market though is that they are B Corp Certified. That was enough for me to purchase from them.

    I ordered two phones, one in Good (advertised - Good Deal!) condition and one in Excellent condition. I should have trusted the Good Deal advertised phone and gotten two instead of upgrading one of them to Excellent because both phones arrived in Excellent condition. This was my first time purchasing refurbished phones. I was apprehensive, but am glad I took the plunge. I think my husband's phone (Good) holds better charge than mine, but I don't know for sure. It may be that I use mine more than he uses his. All in all, we are very happy with our purchases. We still need to visit Verizon for help with some usage issues like apps, but we are going from Samsung Galaxy S9s to Galaxy S23s, so I think it's a learning curve issue. Thanks for a great product!     I was a little bit skeptical to order refurbished from an unknown outfit, so decided to order the Galaxy S23 I wanted in Good or Excellent condition. Guess what I received? A Galaxy S23 in excellent, excellent condition. My favorite place now for future purchases.

    Wow. The shipping was fast - and over the holidays too! I bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 which surprised me that a phone released in Feb 2023 needed refurbishing. The condition was rated as "very good". As far as I can see, it's damn near perfect. No signs of use. Looks new to me. I'd be curious to see what an "excellent" phone would look like. It works perfectly. And the fact that I got it at Xmas but have until Jan 31 to return? Even better. I don't plan on returning since I just paid over $100 bucks to protect the phone with an Otterbox case and a Zagg glass protector. Yes, I know I could've gotten it cheaper online or at Back Market but I'm so clumsy that I was paranoid enough to run straight to the TMobile store to get a new sim card and the protective stuff. Thank you to both Back Market and Maroon Mobile for such excellent service and an excellent device. Above and beyond!!!

    First time buying a refurbished phone I bought a samsung 23 under excellent. The phone delivery was fast, phone in excellent condition looks brand new. Everything works as it should so far. Would definitely buy again from back market

    Fast shipping, packed super well. Whoever shipped this should pat themselves on the back. Device is working perfect. You would never know it was a refurbished device. I held it by one at the store and couldn't tell.

    Bought this Samsung Galaxy S23 from BackMarket after my Motorola died on me in November. I've had family purchase phones and laptops from here so I was confident everything will be just fine and it was!     First, what I ordered, Galaxy S23 is exactly as described. The appearance and condition of the phone is practically brand new. There are a few hairline scratch marks in the glass screen but nothing that interferes with the operation. I have the phone in a case and a screen protector, anyway. Secondly, the response time is quick when uploading/downloading photos and documents. It is also quick when searching the internet. The size is a bit smaller than the Galaxy S20+ I own but perfect fit in my hand. I would say more manageable and weighed better, too. This is a replacement because the S20+ is a very delicate phone. It's all glass with a thin aluminum frame. I had it in a very secure case and both back and front glass cracked easily. Anyway, the S23 has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which is faster than the S20+. The only draw back the S23 doesn't have a sd card slot, as most newer phones don't. Hopefully, Samsung will honor their word providing UI and security patch updates through 2027. In my opinion, buying a pre-owned phone that is in good working condition is the way to go. Keeps cost down and less waste going in the ground or finding way in the waterways. I would definite...
