I really like it! I've been using it at work for 2 weeks now and its been good. Although for the first couple days some of the keys took a second press to type it eventually fixed itself and all they keys work! So I cant really complain, this was my first ever purchase and im very satisfied!

I am very pleased with my purchase. I am not a buyer of used or refurbished tech equipment. So I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase as it was in very good condition and I have not had any problems with this laptop computer.Highly recommend Black Market.

This HP Elitebook is in awesome condition. The power supply cord was faulty however, I happened to have one that fit. I'm so thankful to Back market and everyone involved in their movement❣️

Excellent laptop. I bought this laptop for my sister and she is very happy to have a brand new laptop.

This is my third computer purchase from Back Market, and all of them have been absolutely painless. This HP EliteBook X360 1040 G7 looks and works like new, as have both previous computer purchases. I couldn't be happier with it. I'm still learning the nuances of the X360 touch screen/touch pad duality, but I've already cloned the 512GB SSD to upgrade to a 1TB SSD. I am a Back Market customer for life!

I’m a repeat shopper on BackMarket and have yet to be disappointed. This time I ordered a laptop and it arrived as described. Shipping was quick. I’ve only had it for about a week and a half, but it checks out just fine and is covered by a one year warranty. I’ll continue to use BackMarket when I’m shopping for refurbished tech.

Normally I don’t leave reviews but for second-hand electronics such as my laptop it is an amazing deal ever! It works fast, it is in top tier condition and my husband is jealous he spent $1900 on his laptop when I just spend $400. Lol

The laptop arrived in excellent condition and runs great so far. I wish it had a touchscreen, but for just a little over $200, I am not mad at all. I bought it to be a travel laptop, and the sturdy aluminum case should make for a tough travel device.

The laptop is perfect! I'm so happy. It looks amazing and everything is in perfect working order. Plus, it arrived two days early, wow! Thank you.

Love it. I purchased this for my 91 year old cousin who's in assisted living. Having a bit of a problem learning how to turn it off but getting better at it. I will be purchasing one for myself in the near future. I'm always recommending Back Market to my friends...
