The iPhone 12 pro is a very good phone, and I thank the black market for sending me a very good phone.

Very impressed. The phone came immaculate. I did select “excellent condition” and it certainly was in excellent condition. Not a scratch, scuff or anything showing this phone had been used. It was my first refurbished purchase ever and you know what? I think I’m going to go refurbished a lot more often. Would highly recommend seller and BackMarket app, fully satisfied and happy with my purchase.

The phone arrived so quick, like they took only two days to deliver mine. I was amazed by the condition of the phone. I ordered mine in good condition and it's looking brand new, no dents at all no scratches whatsoever, NONE. BackMarket I can't thank you enough for such an awesome phone. I'm so happy.

Honestly, first time using Backmarket. Already out the box; this phone was in better quality then amazons “premium” refurbished phone. I received a iPhone 12 Pro pacific blue. With dents on the front and a non original screen. The phone I got from back market is absolutely beautiful and better than the Amazon one I received. Although; 2 things to note. That the battery was definitely worse. The one I got from backmarket is at 81% while the one I got from amazing was at 92% One side thing I did notice even though I bought this phone at excellent quality the screen has some minor scratches which I’m not too particularly pleased about. Although, it does have Apple OEM parts. So I can’t really be too worried about it. Been using it for a few days and it’s been solid.

Currently using this device. iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue- and i must say how happy and amazed i am with this here spectacle. Tis' an amazing device. Was on a iPhone 11 64GB. Going from that to this is certainly an improvement. I have always really liked the "bar" type iPhone body that Apple makes, similar to the iPhone 4/4S. Have had no issues with said device-can't complain. 88% Battery Health. Condition- Fair. Looks like good condition if not a little better. Awesome. Thx again BackMarket.

I am enjoying my "new-to-me" iPhone 12Pro. It came quickly, was packaged securely, and was in perfect condition. The set-up process was very straightforward. My previous iPhone had a home button, so there's been a learning curve, but I'm becoming more comfortable with the differences. It pairs beautifully with my Apple watch (also "new-to-me" via Back Market), so i'm able to be safer and better connected than ever. Back Market's customer service has been excellent throughout every transaction. I highly recommend!

Wonderful experience- very easy to get the phone and storage capability I wanted at a reasonable price. Feels great to know I got a refurbished device and can prevent the purchase of new technologies when older ones work fine with some TLC! Iphone 12 Pro arrived in a plain white box, iPhone was in flawless condition. Included charging cable was the wrong type, included was a USB type C to type C, this iphone still uses a lighting cable. Setup with my sim card went smooth with no hickups and is working on my carrier without issues. Highly recommend this seller (CSER).

The iPhone 12 Pro body is in the expected condition, but more importantly the screen and battery are in perfect condition. I could immediately see the difference in performance from my previous iPhone 11. Since I don't need the latest and greatest devices with the newest features, being able to purchase devices through Back Market makes it hard to justify purchasing a new device fresh out of the box.
