The iPhone 12 pro is a very good phone, and I thank the black market for sending me a very good phone.

Honestly, first time using Backmarket. Already out the box; this phone was in better quality then amazons “premium” refurbished phone. I received a iPhone 12 Pro pacific blue. With dents on the front and a non original screen. The phone I got from back market is absolutely beautiful and better than the Amazon one I received. Although; 2 things to note. That the battery was definitely worse. The one I got from backmarket is at 81% while the one I got from amazing was at 92% One side thing I did notice even though I bought this phone at excellent quality the screen has some minor scratches which I’m not too particularly pleased about. Although, it does have Apple OEM parts. So I can’t really be too worried about it. Been using it for a few days and it’s been solid.

Currently using this device. iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue- and i must say how happy and amazed i am with this here spectacle. Tis' an amazing device. Was on a iPhone 11 64GB. Going from that to this is certainly an improvement. I have always really liked the "bar" type iPhone body that Apple makes, similar to the iPhone 4/4S. Have had no issues with said device-can't complain. 88% Battery Health. Condition- Fair. Looks like good condition if not a little better. Awesome. Thx again BackMarket.

got fair condition but when it arrived you would’ve thought it was brand new 100/10 will be purchasing from here again

I ordered the fair condition option and got a flawless iPhone 12 Pro! Not even the steel sides are scratched and the battery health is at 86 percent. Super impressed and wowed by the whole process. Thanks, Back Market and Trademore!

The iPhone 12 Pro body is in the expected condition, but more importantly the screen and battery are in perfect condition. I could immediately see the difference in performance from my previous iPhone 11. Since I don't need the latest and greatest devices with the newest features, being able to purchase devices through Back Market makes it hard to justify purchasing a new device fresh out of the box.

I like the way you people do business, keeping me informed of my purchase every step of the way. The phone looked new. The only problem I had, is the battery is only 82 %. Fortunately my two son's Damen and Marcus are wiz kids when it comes to technology and mechanics. They can replace the battery in the future if needed. I bought a Ring doorbell cam, and my iPhone 8 plus didn't have a big enough operating system to download the Ring app. So I called my oldest son Damen and he turned me on to backmarket.com. When my phone arrived, Damen over the phone told me how to transfer my contacts and photos and how to activate my new phone. Your iPhone 12 pro works great. I'm satisfied with my purchase from you. Wonderful experience- very easy to get the phone and storage capability I wanted at a reasonable price. Feels great to know I got a refurbished device and can prevent the purchase of new technologies when older ones work fine with some TLC! Really glad I found Back Market and I’ll definitely recommend to anyone I know looking for a new device

I bought an iPhone 12 pro in the premium category, and it is absolutely flawless from scratches or anything. And the battery health is on 100 percent and is all genuine apple parts. This phone looks brand new.

I order the phone in “fair” condition and it looks basically brand new, everything works perfectly, but in the charging port there seems to be a build of of lint/dust and the charger does not fully go in. It charges fine but the charger itself feels loose when plugged in. I’m guessing the refurbisher forgot to clean it but other than that everything is perfect!
