I just want to say THANK YOU to the seller!!!!! I’ve been shopping around doing research on refurbished phones. This is the place to go!!! I bought 2 iphone13. One from another seller since my son wanted a different color. They have 4 options when choosing a device. Fair, good, excellent and premium. I ordered in good condition and received it in EXCELLENT condition!! Arrived in 2 days. There were no flaws that I could physically see. Hopefully internally is just as good. I will be getting my upgrades from here on out instead of paying full price for a brand new one.

I purchased an iPhone 13 128 GB in Excellent condition for my wife. When it arrived it was indeed in "Excellent" condition, with not a mark on it and in perfect working order. I downloaded an Apple app that allowed me to transfer settings, data, and similar installed apps from her old Pixel 5 Android phone, making setting up her "new" (to her) iPhone work much like her old Android phone did - Easy Peasy! This is my second iPhone 13 purchase in almost exactly a year! (The one from June 2024 was the same model for my use). It's great to have like-new phones in our possession, and having them be Apple brand is really great! I had apple phones years ago but shied away from purchasing later models due to the price. Finding Back Market with their excellent phones at very reasonable prices has made me a fan of refurbished devices. I am also happy to be helping keep unnecessary electronics out of landfills. I really love my ‘new to me’ iPhone 13. I’ve been wanting to move from android to iphone for the longest time and I’m really happy I chose back market. I received my iPhone in really good condition here in Nairobi,Kenya. It had no scratches you can’t even notice it’s refurbished. The only thing maybe you could add in the description is stating the exact battery health of the iPhone. Other than that the overall process was amazing, the constant updates stating where my package is. I really love it. I would choose back market again and again. Thank you.

The refurbished iPhone 13 is great so far! The setup process was pretty easy, and everything’s working as expected. One small thing—this won’t affect my rating, but it’s worth mentioning: the mail-in kit for sending back my old phone for trade-in took a long time to arrive. I was getting close to the trade-in deadline, so I ended up using the packaging from the new phone instead. Aside from that, everything went smoothly.

I was nervous because I didn’t think buying a refurbished used phone was going to be worth it. This is a lot of money we are talking about. I got the iPhone 13 Pro Max, and sadly got the last color available for this price. It has 1000 GB of storage and some reviews talk about the battery life not being 100%. I got mine and that was the first thing I checked after looking at the exterior (the outside of the phone isn’t cracked, it’s perfect. There’s a little bit of dirt in the speakers but the phone is used what do I expect) anyways the battery life is at 100% thankfully. Everything works good, sometimes my phone is laggy but it might be because it carries so much storage and data. I’ve had it for a week, but I’m so happy with my purchase. I think I got very lucky. I got the excellent quality one and it was worth the extra money.

I needed a new phone but I didn’t want to buy new just because they’re so expensive. My friend recommended this site and I had bought my last phone refurbished so I decided to buy another one off this website. I bought a used pink iPhone 13 in excellent condition. The phone looks and works great, however the screen is not in the condition I thought I was paying for. At the top there is an imperfection underneath the screen where it looks like the screen has been impacted. There are small bits of blue, green, and black right at the top that resemble the screen of a phone that has been busted. It’s not a big deal and doesn’t affect the use of the phone, just slightly annoying. Other than this I am thrilled with my phone.

I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in. I really like the fact that Back Market gives a 30 day return policy in case you are not happy with the item you receive, and an automatic 1 year warranty for issues beyond the first 30 days.
