Everything was great! The phone was rated as fair, but it is overall great looking. Battery is good- no problem charging or holding a charge. Very pleased with my purchase & I’ll definitely use it again.

My iphone xs max came in good condition. Bought it as a backup to my iphone 12 pro as it is slowly dying. Battery life came at 95% which is pretty good imo for the price. I am very happy with my purchase. Mind you shipping was very fast (3 days). Will buy more products from here again in the future!

The phone arrived in good condition, works perfectly, and being unlocked, I was able to use it right away with my carrier. The battery life is solid, performance is smooth, and I haven’t run into any issues so far. For the price, it was definitely a great deal. I ordered my iPhone XS Max and when I received it the phone would shut down every 2 mins. Had the battery and charging port replaced for 200 dollars. I was not going to send back and wait on a replacement. Other than that issue it’s a good phone

I got the light silver iPhone XS Max 256GB. So glad for the high GB. It’s a nice phone I’ll keep it a couple months at the least until I can upgrade to a more recent used one again on here, creds to Tech Plug Electronic for refurbishing it as best as one can!. I got a couple of cases for it already. It was a bit worn on the edges but the refurbisher replaced the screen because it was perfect & they replaced the back because that looked excellent too so they went above and beyond to make a 2018 phone look as refurbished as possible. Now that is an honest refurbisher and seller to actually replace the phone screen and replace as much as they can before selling it. I got it in good condition and I agree with the description😊👌. I love the phone the only thing is the camera is not as clear as my old iPhone 12 mini, but, that’s expected with a 2018 phone. I might upgrade to a like iPhone 13 in like September for better camera. But I like this phone so I’ll happily it for 7 more months so this phone will serve me a lot until then. I might just keep 2 phones if I upgrade later on or gift it to a family member who needs one because it’s good 👍 . I like to leave descriptive reviews since I sell and buy here a lot, I think that’s all. I had also purchased an iPhone XS Max Dark-gray from another seller, but the screen colors looked purple ish on that like Barney, not sure if that’s how the dark gray ones graphics look or not but the screen colors on the light silver one were nicer and more accurate to real life like the newer phones.

Im ok with the device came in good condition half way charger with a charger the whole set the only thing I don’t like it didn’t say that you have to find a charger to charger it after it goes pass 50% although it comes with a charger that charger doesn’t work for the phone I had to use and old charger from a previous phone but other than that the phone is great I’ll buy again regardless of this minor issue
