why did my unlocked phone have verizon on it?? Why did it work the first 2 days but the moment I got everything set up it started lagging, it is also encrypted why?? now it's overheating just by being on, if you going to sell a 7 year phone for so much money and claim it's in excellent condition make sure it's in excellent condition on the INSIDE as well! What is the point in having a pretty phone if I can't USE it?! Not only that but the phone is Not like the Note 9 I still have.

was happy with purchase other than the fact that the phone would not connect to a network, have purchased 3 phones from this site, and 2 of the 3 worked with ease, not mad or anything, just think that phone needs work before it's put oot again btw, it seems like it's stuck on Airplane mode, but can still engage AP mode but never fully disengages

The volume on the ear piece is almost nonexistent the speaker volume is hit or miss the issue i have is im hard of hearing to start w so talking on the phone w out speaker or ear buds is very difficult

Samsung galaxy note 10 unlocked fair condition: I am so happy with my purchase! The price was excellent, it was shipped right away and I received it a day earlier than expected, which was within 2 days. I was a little nervous about getting fair condition, but that's what my budget allowed for, and once I received the phone it looked brand new to me so I was super impressed. I will definitely purchase future electronics from back market. About a week or 2 after I received my phone, my sister broke hers and I recommended that she go through back market since it worked out so well for me. I ended up placing the order for her today, confident that she will be just as happy as I am with the outcome. Also the emails from Back Market are funny and always make me laugh.

I selected 'excellent' condition. But would only charge to 91% and battery quick drained to 56%, in less than hour. Even when using it with charger plugged in. How could this have passed refurbishment verification?
