I was a bit skeptical with ordering from Backmarket. I never heard of them but I did a google search of reviews and was pleased with the results. I ordered a Galaxy J7 locked to MetroPCS cause my dad broke his phone and was in need of a replacement. The Metro rep wanted to sell him a phone for $250 and I was not okay with that. He doesn't use the technology much. Other than making phone calls, he might occasionally get on Youtube or I may use it to get a text on his behalf but he himself doesn't text. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. I was able to activate it with MetroPlus quickly and easily. He had a gmail so everything transferred over. The phone is great. My dad uses it without issues. I was able to get the apps he does use and customize to his liking. I will definitely consider buying from BackMarket again. They were better than Amazon and EBay.

Arrived within 48 hours. Came in new box with cord and original paperwork wrapped in what appeared was original OEM. The Samsung Galaxy J3 looks absolutely new. However, I have found some apps and data on it, so it must have been used some... This is my second J3. My first was a locked AT&T and still functions fine. We are just fed up with the B.S., pour service, waiting on hold for hours, and the worst cell reception, so purchased this one so we could switch to Verizon. And what a difference. Service now available anywhere and real people to speak to for help. For my purposes the J3s are an excellent choice. I like the small 5" screen far better than the new monstrosities being pushed by manufacturers today. Anyway, if you want a reliable used phone, I highly recommend using this company. I believe that they must thoroughly check every phone before selling it.

It looks wonderful. I needed an unlocked phone. Sprint refuses to unlock my phone for use elsewhere. Guess they want to force me to upgrade to 5 G to keep my account with them. Thank you very much for having a phone I am used to and can go to Red Pocket when Sprint/T-Mobile go exclusively to 5 G. I just use the phone and text to keep in contact with family members, doctor, and friends. All the bells and whistles are totally beyond me and of no use to retired senior!!
