Refurbished Unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note

Great order. It came with a screen protector although it was permanent. Took me an hour and a few cuts to take the screen protector off (I wanted to have a different screen protector on it) but besides that it came the way it did.

Very good! Purchased because my iPhone died and needed another phone to "hold me over" until the replacement came. It's been going solid after about 1-1.5 years of use. Battery life leaves something to be desired (not the sellers fault, just how the phone is). Otherwise, it is a fantastic phone! I went with the "excellent" quality phone and it looked brand new.

Phone was absolutely amazing and I had coverage for one year. Looked brand new! Never glitched or gave me any issues. I have told others about Backmarket. I will purchase any previously owned device here before I purchase elsewhere simply do to their guarantee!

I was disappointed that this phone stopped working properly after a year of use. The digitizer went bad and now all that works to use the screen is the stylus. Also the battery will randomly drop by 30% or more in a matter of minutes. My first phone purchased on Backmarket (the Galaxy Note 9) nearly 5 years ago is still working with minimal issues aside from a note great battery life. So I don't know if this is an issue with the refurbishment or just an issue with this particular device. I love Backmarket in every other respect so I hope this is just a bad egg.

Phone arrived quickly and in like new condition. The only negative was battery is below 85% life. All in all I am happy with the purchase
