The laptop arrived in great condition. A few nicks here and there but that was expected and nothing that concerns me. The battery life is still at 92% capacity and it runs great. This is my second laptop from Back Market and I have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

This is the second time that I've bought a computer from back market. You need to know what's best for your needs. I didn't do my research well enough the first time BUT! that is not on Back Market. I am super happy with my new purchase. And last time, I was too. I got a computer that didn't work and literally I had a replacement in 3 days. It was amazing. Everything went really smoothly this time. They answered quickly when I had questions about getting my trade in sorted out. And I know that my previous computer will find a new home and not wind up adding to the pollution of the planet! This is way better than buying anything new! And you seriously can't tell that it isn't! I intend to continue to buy tech here when I need it.

I purchased a MacBook Pro listed in Excellent condition with a 32-core GPU, but received a device that did not match either claim. The laptop arrived dirty with visible marks/scratches on the screen that could not be cleaned: this is not a “flawless” or Excellent-condition display, now was it 'expertly clearned'. More importantly, the unit shipped was a 24-core GPU model, not the 32-core model I paid for. As someone doing photo and video work, this difference matters. MacPro-LA Inc could not provide the correct model and offered only a 10% refund, which barely reflects the actual price gap between these configurations. The resolution felt like a "take-it-or-leave-it" option rather than a proper fix to a mistake on their part causing an unsatisfactory customer experience. Overall, disappointing experience, and I would avoid this refurbisher.

Mac looks like new, not a scratch on it. Nice that they provided a free upgrade, too. Ordered a 16GB RAM model, but received a 24GB RAM one instead. I doubt you would ever get a free upgrade like this anywhere else!

OUTSTANDING support. I misread the video card location and therefore video card model #, and promptly returned he item. The seller was very patient and explained that although the "About This Mac" selection from the apple logo window shows a video card model it does not show the other which is what was advertised. I stood corrected but had moved on to an interest in a higher model . Back Market was extraordinarily kind given the circumstance and even provided compensation for the troubles. If this company maintains the standard of ethics and commitment to product quality as well as service quality, they will lasta long long time in a world full of greed. Nice work everyone!! :-)
