This is the 4th product I have purchased from Back Market, and it will not be my last! As it was with my Macbook Pro (which I destroyed), the next Macbook Pro (which my daughter now has), and my iWatch (which I am now wearing), this Macbook Air exceeded all expectations. It looks and performs like a brand new machine. Back Market proves that buying "new" is a fools errand.

The process was super easy, and I could quickly compare variations of models and features before I made the decision. Shipping was fast, and the laptop was in mint condition. This is now my go-to method for buying hardware.

Mac looks like new, not a scratch on it. Nice that they provided a free upgrade, too. Ordered a 16GB RAM model, but received a 24GB RAM one instead. I doubt you would ever get a free upgrade like this anywhere else!

This is the second time that I've bought a computer from back market. You need to know what's best for your needs. I didn't do my research well enough the first time BUT! that is not on Back Market. I am super happy with my new purchase. And last time, I was too. I got a computer that didn't work and literally I had a replacement in 3 days. It was amazing. Everything went really smoothly this time. They answered quickly when I had questions about getting my trade in sorted out. And I know that my previous computer will find a new home and not wind up adding to the pollution of the planet! This is way better than buying anything new! And you seriously can't tell that it isn't! I intend to continue to buy tech here when I need it.

I would actually give this review a 4.8. I say that because the Bluetooth mouse and keyboard were not charged. I had to use my old bluetooth mouse and keyboard to set up and transfer from my old iMac. Because of this, my new iMac would not let me switch from old to new mouse, keyboard was fine. Their service was fast and arrived one day earlier, so I had change my afternoons around, to be present to sign with the currier. I'll be looking at Back Market for future purchases.

I've been using the Mac for a month now and it's been working spectacularly. At first, it was tough because the battery arrived damaged, but the people feom Backmarket was always very attentive and helped me step by step to solve the issue. In the end, the Mac had AppleCare, so it was possible to fix the battery completely for free, and now everything works well. Very happy with my purchase!

I had a great experience using back market. Pricing was very fair on the Mac I bought and delivery was quicker than anticipated. Not only that but the kind people at back market upgraded my storage from 1 to 2 tb for free!

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It arrived two days sooner than promised, with 1 year AppleCare. I even was upgraded for free to a much larger SSD! The computer is in perfect condition.

Laptop came in great condition and quickly. It's only been less than two weeks and the laptop is shutting down and restarting on it's own. I guess that is part of the gig when I buy a refurbished laptop.
