    The laptop arrived in great condition. A few nicks here and there but that was expected and nothing that concerns me. The battery life is still at 92% capacity and it runs great. This is my second laptop from Back Market and I have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

    Easy, transparent, fast, and trustworthy. It took me a few minutes to find a MacBook Air that I wanted and get a trade-in quote. Price was solid and much easier than buying and selling separately. 15" black air came and looks sleek and runs cool. Mailed back my old laptop and got the full refund as quoted.     I continue to be incredibly grateful for BackMarket and their crew for continuously delivering quality tested Mac products to my home. This MacBook Pro (2023) is no exception. Very happy with the quality (excellent) and every time their aesthetic grading (fair, good, excellent) is accurate. Grateful to get a significant computer upgrade at the fraction of a cost in buying brand spanking new. Highly recommend this particular computer and this site as a whole.

    This is the 4th product I have purchased from Back Market, and it will not be my last! As it was with my Macbook Pro (which I destroyed), the next Macbook Pro (which my daughter now has), and my iWatch (which I am now wearing), this Macbook Air exceeded all expectations. It looks and performs like a brand new machine. Back Market proves that buying "new" is a fools errand.

    Mac looks like new, not a scratch on it. Nice that they provided a free upgrade, too. Ordered a 16GB RAM model, but received a 24GB RAM one instead. I doubt you would ever get a free upgrade like this anywhere else!

    This is the second time that I've bought a computer from back market. You need to know what's best for your needs. I didn't do my research well enough the first time BUT! that is not on Back Market. I am super happy with my new purchase. And last time, I was too. I got a computer that didn't work and literally I had a replacement in 3 days. It was amazing. Everything went really smoothly this time. They answered quickly when I had questions about getting my trade in sorted out. And I know that my previous computer will find a new home and not wind up adding to the pollution of the planet! This is way better than buying anything new! And you seriously can't tell that it isn't! I intend to continue to buy tech here when I need it.
