I got the “Good” version and it was near perfect. It has micro-scratches on the screen but is barely visible unless looking up close. I got the T-Mobile locked phone hoping it would work with Mint mobile since it runs off T-Mobile network and it worked perfect with no issues. 10/10

I got the iPhone 11 in excellent condition, which it was! The phone looks brand new and works perfectly. After reading this seller's review I was wary about the order, however it worked out and I'm glad I gave them a chance. Love my new iPhone 11!

It’s a good phone, as described but I ordered a different color than what they send me. At this point I’m not going to return it because it’s more hassle but I wish they would send what promised or ordered

I chose the excellent one but was disappointed from the first moments. I couldn't use the microphone. At first I thought it was because of the microphone adjustment, so I searched for everything related to adjusting it. But it was all in vain. I also thought it might be somewhere that I didn't know. So I tried recording, it didn't work. Then I adjusted the microphone with the recording app. I adjusted everything, including resetting all settings and deleting related apps like whatsapp, X, Instagram and then reinstalling. But I could record. Sending voice messages in imessage worked, but the other party couldn't hear me when I called. In short, the microphone software was crazy somehow when it recorded my voice, but the other party couldn't hear me when I called. And calling on facebook messenger worked, but when I turned on the speaker, it said the other party couldn't hear me. In short, there are 1001 types of crazy things with the microphone that I can't understand. That's why I chose the excellent refurbished one. It was surprising and disappointing. I will not buy from the back market or anything related to this Medipor Health & Technology LLC company again.

Ordered a iPhone 13 Pro Max and when I received it , it was SIM card locked and I couldn’t transfer from my old phone to new iPhone.
