Honestly, first time using Backmarket. Already out the box; this phone was in better quality then amazons “premium” refurbished phone. I received a iPhone 12 Pro pacific blue. With dents on the front and a non original screen. The phone I got from back market is absolutely beautiful and better than the Amazon one I received. Although; 2 things to note. That the battery was definitely worse. The one I got from backmarket is at 81% while the one I got from amazing was at 92% One side thing I did notice even though I bought this phone at excellent quality the screen has some minor scratches which I’m not too particularly pleased about. Although, it does have Apple OEM parts. So I can’t really be too worried about it. Been using it for a few days and it’s been solid.

all the headaches of transferring to a new phone; lost numbers, reinstalling and setting up apps, deleting and disabling samsungs bloatware, getting gmaps to work properly, but the phone itself seems to be working fine. I got some weird hassle with my trade in phone, they went data fishing holding out my trade in $ for personal information. this part was a total ripoff. no more trade ins with back market

I'm someone who prefers a refurbished item to a new one, not just because of price, but also an attempt at ethical consumption. This phone is pristine, works great, and is just the right amount of upgrade for me. I changed from a second gen iPhone New SE which means this is my first foray into no-button smart phones. Only thing I can't 100% sort out is how to focus the camera properly. Would recommend folks try this website for all of their tech needs!

Was pretty good experience got 2 iPhone nothing wrong with the iPhone battery gets hot but if u guys are in aware that’s gonna be normal if u gonna buy a older phone but absolutely nothing wrong with both iPhone 5 stars would recommend side note I get the quality what u pay for if u buy it medium condition expect a small scratch or 2 excellent will get u a clean iPhone didn’t see anything got both to compare even medium condition only had a little little scratch looked dam brand new.
