    I was skeptical but I’m so happy I bought from Back Market. I bought this phone in fair condition to use as a work phone and I’m thoroughly satisfied. The phone is in great condition besides a few tiny scratches on the screen (but that’s to be expected). The phone has 0 issues software-wise and the battery health seems good for how old the phone is. I would definitely purchase again. If you are having any doubts, let this be your sign! BTW, Back Market, let us post videos for product reviews too!?

    First time buyer from Back Market and buying a refurbished phone period. So far it's been great! It barely looks used and the battery and phone quality is more than what I hoped for. My last phone was a Samsung Galaxy S7 so although the A15 is not a flagship phone, it's been so much better and faster.

    I love my iPad. It arrived early and was delivered to my door. There are no scratches or anything else wrong with the iPad. The battery doesn't seem to last long but I still love my iPad. Would definitely buy a refurbished item from Back Market again and again.😊😊

    This device is very similar in workability, speed, and functionality as my previous iPad. I did have to learn/search for a few things: like “where is the search button;” -nothing too hard. I am really enjoying this iPad. Only one episode of ‘screen vibration-jittering-shaking’, which cleared when I turned the unit off and re-booted. Thank you for a very nice device.

    It is excellent. Seamless transition from iPad to mini-desktop performance. The keys are responsive and feel just like my MacBook Pro keys. The touchpad had no lag and works well with all apps. (It would be nice to change the circle pointer to something else though.) The hinge is super strong and hold the iPad in many different positions in a very stable and sturdy manner. Shipping was good, although USPS is not the most trusted vendor in NOLA. It’s an excellent option, especially if you want a portable desktop on the go that still is an iPad

    Got a notification that there was a price drop on the switch (thank you, nice feature!) I received it very quickly, looks in perfect shape and with all the wires, cords and a couple extras in there I didn’t expect (a case). It’s a Xmas gift so I had a friend try it out today and it works perfectly. I asked a question and was answered very quickly, and kindly by Christian.     As my old B&N Nook became extinct, I looked around for a new reading device. I realized that for about the same amount of money, I could order a refurbished iPad from BackMarket rather than buy a new Nook or Kindle. I was surprised at the mint condition of the iPad, and I now use it daily. I've read my first book and am starting number 2 tomorrow.
