Shipped fast & arrived in excellent condition! One puzzling thing: it unexpectedly came with a grip for the Joy-Con controllers, which is cool except there’s no port on it to connect the charging cable. I guess this was just a defect when it was made & it’ll still work if you want to use it as a controller grip only, but I must say I felt insane trying to figure out where & how it plugged in!) Otherwise, it was pretty easy to connect everything, set up a Switch account & I successfully downloaded Minecraft so it looks like it’s good to go. Since I got this as a Christmas gift for my young son, I didn’t think however about the fact that it wouldn’t come in a box, so I still have to think about how I can still give him that “wow” factor when he opens it, but yeah- I was already a fan of refurbished electronics and Back Market did not disappoint!

iPod Touch 7th generation arrived packed Luke a Faberegè Egg! USB-C to Lightening cord and wall wort included.
Set up was fairly easy. The only concern was that the iPod got super hot! Turns out the charger that came with iPod is the Wrong voltage/wattage for this iPod. (should be 5V. This one is 20V! So badly done on Reconditioning company!)
Plan to use the iPod for music in my salon space. Will run it through its paces in the next few days.
If the hot battery situation continues after I switch to safer voltage, I will have Backmarket warranty it.

The headphones are great! They really are a “like-new” product. Everything works, they’re comfortable, and are honestly one of the best pairs of headphones I’ve ever had. The only thing is I wish I knew it just was the headphones. I didn’t get the aux wire, or the plane adapter, or the carrying case. It makes sense since they are refurbished but I wish I got some of the og stuff.

The headphones came in earlier than expected, which is great! Although they were refurbished they were packed like new and even included a case, new ear pads, protective stickers, a charger, and an aux chord. Premium quality for sure. No scratches no BS

There are a few little parts where you can tell there is preowned wear on the device and packaging however so far the sound quality is good as new and operating regularly. Pairing easily with my phone and other bluetooth devices. Only time will tell, but glad to get another refurbished speaker if it's quality.
