Refurbished Galaxy Z Flip Series

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G as a refurbished unit, and overall, I’m quite pleased with my choice. Here are my thoughts: Design and Form Factor (5/5 stars): The foldable design is a game-changer. It’s compact when folded and opens up to a decent-sized screen. The Mystic Gray color looks sleek and modern. Performance (4/5 stars): The phone handles most tasks smoothly. Apps open quickly, and multitasking is a breeze. However, there were a few instances where it felt a tad sluggish, especially when loading heavy web pages. Camera (4/5 stars): The 12-megapixel camera captures good photos in well-lit conditions. The Flex Mode is a neat feature for hands-free selfies and video calls. However, low-light performance could be better. Battery Life (3.5/5 stars): The battery life is decent but not exceptional. It gets me through a full day with moderate usage, but heavy users might need a top-up. Charging speed is impressive, though. Display (5/5 stars): The 6.7-inch AMOLED display is vibrant and sharp. Watching videos and browsing feels immersive. No complaints here! Software (4/5 stars): Samsung’s One UI is feature-rich and customizable. Updates have improved stability...

Item came in great condition for it to be “fair “ in condition. Came with charging cable. No visible scratches or marks that affect operation of phone . Overall I’m satisfied and will be ordering again soon

Well I love this phone but I think it came with some viruses and the phone gets hot. I swear I have done nothing to the phone and it just started to stop what I was doing and tries to do what it wants.

I am so happy I checked this app out again. had just broken my phone and needed a phone asap. prices on offerup and the like were ridiculous, funny though I saw an ad for this app and I liked the prices and got my phone in 2 days. I ordered fair condition cause I was being cheap, and this phone looks and feels brand spanking new. so far so good. I'm very satisfied with this purchase. thank you

The phone was in excellent condition, the reason for the 4 stars is because there is a tiny nick on the hinge but it doesn't affect the performance of the phone. I also returned one prior and it was lost by the carrier but BM did an awesome job in handling the issue and getting me a refund!

My son loves his phone the colors the flip ability and also the colors and the ability to close the phone and still use a lot of apps and get info from them without opening phone. The colors are brilliant and he likes the fact he can change the lock screen and his display screen to. It took a couple of extra days to reach my home but back market custo.er service responded quickly and contacted the seller to resolve issue. I was very happy when phone arrived. I will be using backp marker again for my electronic needs.

This review is a bit overdue. That being said, I have had this phone for almost two years and it is still holding up! This was my first purchase from Back Market. I was skeptical at first, but everything went smoothly. Phone felt and looked brand new from the beginning. After having such a positive experience with this order, I ordered another phone from Back Market through a different seller but didn't have the same experience. So, props to this particular seller.

great phone except it did come with a ding on a bottom corner and the screen around the border was broke other than that it's a great phone just not happy with the condition it came in. first purchase I wasn't happy with honestly...
