The iPhone 12 mini 128GB looks as good as new, I cannot tell that it was refurbished. I those "excellent condition" and indeed this one was. Battery is at 86%, price was good, iPhone arrived fairly quickly and a day earlier than promised. Happy customer, will buy from BackMarket again.

I ordered an iPhone 12 mini 128 GB in excellent condition from the refurbisher JemJem. This phone’s appearance is indeed excellent with no scratches on the screen or back. However, I am disappointed that the battery level is at 83% and needs to be replaced soon. I personally believe that “excellent” should mean near full battery health in addition to aesthetics. I have bought iPhones from other refurbishers and they had better battery capacity.

Awesome! Came in "Fair" condition, which was really just only one small nick. Came with a new battery, that is an apple battery as it is reading the battery health. Got an awesome trade in on my old device also. All in all, 10/10 for Backmarket and its team of independent refurbishers!

I was a bit skeptical at first about buying a reconditioned iPhone but I am delighted with my purchase. It is in excellent condition, no noticeable scratches at all, and the battery is as expected, in very good condition as well. I will use BackMarket again when I need new to me technology.

The experience using the site was great, and the phone works fine and is clean. It does display the unauthorized display message which disables some of the features of the phone, I wasn't under the impression that I was buying a phone with a display that wasn't paired with the phone so that's kind of a bummer but all in all it did work. They also played 21 questions when trying to activate it so the origin of the phone may be a bit sketchy. So that's why I chose Meh. Not really a refurbished phone just a used phone with obvious repairs and non genuine messages.
