This phone was listed as fair yet in my books, it is in excellent condition. Highly recommend to buy all my devices here. I have bought a Mac Pro air, I watch and now this I phone. Amazing! You will not be disappointed and they back it up for 12 months!

Very pleased with this purchase. The phone is in great condition--just two rough spots on the edges that are covered by the case. Far better performing phone than any phone I have owned. Two thumbs up.

The case and screen protectors were as expected, good quality. The phone was in great condition aside from some scratches at the top of the screen which I would not expect for 'excellent' condition. However, the overall experience was great!

13 mini ws in very good condition with on noticeable scratch on screen. No visible marks on back of phone. The battery capacity was 94%. Phone arrived as promised. The case and screen protector was a few days late. Overall, process and products were more than satisfactory.

I was soooo hesitant to buy this but it was so worth it! You can barely see the scratches, and it looks so new. It's also refundable for a month, so if there are any damages or concerns, you can return the phone- that's what convinced me to go ahead and buy it anyway. Got delivered within like 4 days. 10/10 service and customer care. Definitely recommend.

I was originally sent a defective item. I worked with Back Market to get a new iPhone replacement phone and they were superb. Customer service was great on how to replace the iPhone. The process went very smoothly, and the new item was shipped quickly after I returned my item. The old phone cost was refunded quickly and, my only gripe was there was a small Fee mailing the old defective phone back.

The case and screen was great - very sleek, easy to use. The only thing that isn't awesome about the case is that it's a little bit slippery. It's so smooth that it's not as easy to grip as other cases.

For the price the case is working out great. I had issues with the screen protectors as far as installing them properly and ended up just buying a new screen protector that came with an assembly apparatus for about 14 dollars.
