Very happy with my purchase. Refurbished is the way to go. This is my second buy from here. First was an iPad. So I knew where to go when I needed a MacBook Pro. This is probably the smartest thing I have done with my money.

I bought this refurbished Macbook Air on Christmas Eve two years ago and it is still working. I'm so happy with this purchase. I give a 4/5 rating due to the cosmetic scratches that don't affect performance but are an eyesore no question.

I bought this Macbook Air for my daughter in university. After a brief adjustment period of going from PC world to a Mac, she is very happy with it. It has been refurbished to as close as new as possible. It is clean and does not show it's age (2017). It more than suits her needs for school. It came as described and the price was great. A very good used Mac!

Super fast shipping! Had it at my house within 3 days. The MacBook Pro was packaged perfectly. It looks brand new and performs flawlessly. Saved about a 1/3 of the cost going with a refurbished MacBook Pro over a brand new one.

I purchased this MacBook Pro for a Veteran’s family. He is overcoming some trauma and has two teenage children, one of whom has Chikdhood Arthritis. They are precocious and driven toward the sciences. They are doing extraordinary projects using multimedia. The MacBook Pro was a perfect choice. The smile on their faces was incredible. i ordered the macbook pro and then i did my research.... i know im stupid! i got scared because a lot of reviews about back market is quite bad, but i had 1 small hope because of a post on reddit. someone said that the item they recieved from Omaha Blue was really good and there were some people who supported the claim. I got lucky im still anxious about ordering from black market but i think im pretty confident about the item im about to buy if Omaha Blue is the refurbisher. My only complain about the item is that the condition is actually better if the laptop was wiped down and cleaned lol so far the macbook works perfectly!

This is my second laptop purchase from Back Market. My first MacBook Pro lasted me six years - and could have lasted longer had I been able to continue updating my OS (obviously a Mac problem, not a BM problem). I love my new laptop. It looks great and functions smoothly so far (I've had it for a few weeks). One concern that's hopefully nothing is that the laptop can get hot to touch. I know that the best way to make your tech last is to prevent it from overheating. It's difficult to tell if this is just how this laptop was made with the i9 processor or if the heat has to do with its refurbishing. It's something I'm keeping my eye on. Other than that, I'm super happy with my purchase.

Overall happy with the value of my iphone 13 pro purchase. I’m always about saving money. Upgraded from my iphone 11 because it started acting up (i believe due to Apple’s programmed demises of older models). I selected the “excellent” quality of this refurbished phone and I will say i was surprised at how scratched up the perimeter (sides, top, and bottom) of the phone was. Thankfully the screen and back panel of the phone were essentially blemish-free, which i cared about more. I just put a clear case on the phone so you cant see the scratched perimeter so it’s all good. Getting a “discount” in the form of trading in my previous iphone 11 is also pleasant. Would def recommend Back Market.

Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". I had to remember that this was a refurbished phone and I couldn't notice any difference in image quality, except for that annoying notification in the settings the iPhone works as expected.
