    The MacBook Air is a refurbished model. However, it runs perfectly fine. It doesn’t take that long to boot-up my laptop and macOS Monterey runs smoothly. I purchased the MacBook Air so that I can use it for graphic design by using Adobe Creative Cloud.

    I am a tried and true apple user. This is my 5th Mac computer! I'm very big on researching computers before I buy them, and I typically stick to trusted sites like BestBuy or Apple itself. However, I decided to search through some reddit comments that suggested trying to find a MacBook through another store that sells refurbished/used electronics. I'm very skeptical of being scammed or receiving something that won't work properly and then getting stuck with a hefty bill. That's when I found Back Market. I read through the reviews and saw that almost everyone was satisfied. We already have a MacBook Pro 2019 edition, and my husband and I both love it so I knew which model I wanted to order. I saw that people said they ordered one in fair condition and when they received it it was in perfect condition, so I decided to order the good condition MacBook and if I felt like it wasn't in the condition I wanted, I would just return it and pay more for the excellent condition price. I am SO glad I ordered it through 'good' because it really is in perfect condition and clean too! So far, it is working/running the way that it should. Definitely will be ordering all of my electronics from here ...

    I loved the product and its quality, also got the item delivered earlier than expected. It was very economical, as I got an iPhone 15 pro 512 GB for just $904, and that to in excellent condition. Also, I got Battery health at 100%, moreover phone still has an active Apple warranty. I am not sure if after refurbishing the phone it is still water resistant or not, and so I wouldn't risk it. The charging cable is not original and very small in length. Rest everything is awesome and I love it. I checked the Antutu and Geek bench benchmark scores, they were a little lower side from the actual score but I guess that is due to the low charging and background applications.

    Very happy with my first Black Market purchase! I picked the iPhone 13 in Excellent condition and the phone came in 2 days in perfect condition with 98% battery health. I saved so much money getting the refurbished iPhone from Black Market instead of getting a new one from Apple, this is how I will be getting all my new phones from now on.

    Overall happy with the value of my iphone 13 pro purchase. I’m always about saving money. Upgraded from my iphone 11 because it started acting up (i believe due to Apple’s programmed demises of older models). I selected the “excellent” quality of this refurbished phone and I will say i was surprised at how scratched up the perimeter (sides, top, and bottom) of the phone was. Thankfully the screen and back panel of the phone were essentially blemish-free, which i cared about more. I just put a clear case on the phone so you cant see the scratched perimeter so it’s all good. Getting a “discount” in the form of trading in my previous iphone 11 is also pleasant. Would def recommend Back Market.

    Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". I had to remember that this was a refurbished phone and I couldn't notice any difference in image quality, except for that annoying notification in the settings the iPhone works as expected.

    I bought the iPhone 11 Pro space gray with 256gb. I wanted to make sure the quality is new so I got the 'excellent' quality and paid more over the 'good' tier items. It was worth it to know the phone would be secured and I was glad that the vendor followed through on the deal. The iPhone arrived in 'like new' condition with 88% battery showing signs of use but the exterior is brand new and the 88% is above the minimum 80% so that's a bonus to see it's good and fresh. The space gray is very nice, better color appearance than the new 15 pro imo. I upgraded from the regular 11 and it's a huge improvement. The screen is really nice and the appearance and overall feel is so much nicer than the regular 11 in my opinion. The space gray color will go great with my omega seamaster. The build is higher quality than the regular iphones, it's worth upgrading and I was glad I could get it for a good price as refurbished.
