Phone was in beautiful shape, not a flaw. Battery capacity is 86%, that was expected, and it's holding a charge well. Your and Apple's instructions for copying over from my old iPhone 8 were very good, everything moved over and quickly.

This is my first purchase on here and it was awesome. This phone looks and performs brand new. A huge upgrade from my IPhone XR which I had for 5 years. I’m hoping I can go just as long with this one maybe longer. Battery health at 88% that doesn’t bother me. No scratches or cracks. It’s nice to have full audio and a rear camera again. This site is my new favorite place to buy electronics. I also just purchased my first Apple Watch.

this phone is genuinely good there was like 3 scratches at the top right corner of my screen but you could only see it from a certain angle phone came with 91% battery health i was hoping for more but it’s ok it should last me 2-3 years before i need to replace the battery over all pretty good

I ordered in good condition and this phone literally came without a single scratch. The only thing I can say it can with is a little dirty in the speakers and between the side buttons but you can manually remove it yourself. The phone runs perfectly and the screen is nice and most of all the speakers are great. Only thing I see becoming a future issue is that the battery health came at 89%

My iPhone 13 arrived in great condition. It is indistinguishable from new - not a mark, nick or scratch on it. I did spend the extra money to get the "Excellent" quality level, and I was not disappointed! The phone works as new as well, and the battery life shows that it is at 99%, so I would say my phone is essentially new. Going from a Pixel phone to an iPhone is a great step up in usability, ease of operation, and quality. Overall, I am pleased with my Back Market purchase (which was about half of the cost of new).
