Once again, Back Market has delivered a "like new" refurbished phone. The phone works flawless for now, and the delivery process was seamless. I'm so grateful for this company. Hopefully, they will never cease to exist.

Been very happy with this first purchase on back market. Arrived about 3 days earlier than the estimated delivery which was a nice surprise. Been using this refurbished phone (excellent condition) that released back in 2020 for about 2 weeks now and wow it's been in working fantastically. The battery works like it's new. All the buttons work as does the fingerprint scanner, no issues with the cameras. I have yet to find any issues and the 120hz motion smoothness is worth the sacrifice in resolution to keep it more in line with most current flagship phones. My only complaint is that there are minor superficial scratches on the screen from obvious prior use but are only noticeable when screen is off and actively looked for.

Great phone for a reasonable price and the shipping is very fast! I bought this as a gift for my sister in the Philippines and she was excited to have it. Would recommend this to all my friend and family as well!

It's been great for me so far. I mean I already had an s20 Ultra before getting this it was just having issues and the screen was cracked. I just wanted a phone that worked good and looked good again and I'd say so far so good on both accounts. I will be shopping on this website again.

I ordered 2 identical phones from BM (Galaxy A71)... I received order in about 4 days, and that seems decent to me considering it was free shipping and less than a week before Christmas. The price was fair, and was one of the cheapest options for this device at the time. This was a mostly good experience, and the only complaint I have is that one of the phones showed up in fair condition and the other was closer to excellent. I chose good on the condition option for both phones however. And since I ordered these for my cousins , and the are using cases with them and are NOT phone fanatics, it's not an issue. however if I had ordered say a OnePlus open or a Samsung fold 5, and selected good, and received it with multiple light scratches on the back and some wear around the charge port, I would have been a bit disappointed. In the end, with both screens in new condition and very little wear on one and virtually no wear on the other, I think I could confidently order again from Black Market.

This was the first time I researched tech on this site. It was easy to find the phone devices and compare prices. The transaction was quick, and I even bought Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro because the first experience was so easy. I wouldn't buy tech any other way than refurbished through this site. Why pay retail.

This phone is wonderful! I switched from Apple to android and bought the perfect product! I love how easy itisto use this Galaxy! The experience with BackMarket has been amazing! 5 stars on the phone and the site (app)!

It was all i hoped it would be. Looked like new. Every function worked as it should.Be sure and put a protective case on it as soon as you receive it. Learned the hard that you don't put phone in your back pocket and set down. Broke the back glass day one...It's still an awesom phone. I will probably buy my next phone from Back Market.

This is my 3rd phone from grandcity telecom and I just want to thank them for having such prestige condition phones. Literally not one cuff or scratch on this phone. I highly recommend them if you get them as a refurbisher before purchasing.
