    I ordered 2 from the same company. one had a sticky button but I just freed it up with a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol. thought that should have been taken care of during "refurbishing" but didn't think it was worth the time to exchange it.

    My new ( refurbished) phone came in today. Right out of the box there was a LOT of updates. but that is to be expected and not an issue. I took the time to update everything. phone arrived 90 percent charged which was wonderful and came with a charge cord as well. After all was said and done with set up, I shut the phone down and placed my SIM card ( Cricket) in and turned the phone back on. they up was perfect and quick. phone truly is unlocked. as for how the phone look, perfect condition. looks like it was never even used. I am considering purchasing 3 more in the future for my daughter's, but I want to see how the phone preforms over time first. So far so good.

    I feel like i found a lifehack to finding quality electronics at a fair market price. The peace of mind knowing the device was refurbished by qualified provider and met BM quality standards provides peace of mind in purchasing any device.     I just got my phone today. Samsung A715g to replace exact model that broke from Samsung. This one so far, is AWESOME! Way better than Samsung refurbished. I had it set up almost immediately.

    phone is good. it doesn't give me issue like my other one was. condition is nice no scratches on the face. slight little scuffing on the side but nothing major. loads fairly fast. I am happy with this product!

    The shipping speed & communication was a little frustrating, but–overall–I am very pleased with this phone. Customer service actually assisted in resolving my issues satisfactorily, which is a rare occurrence these days. Would (and probably will) buy this phone again.

    I ordered the "fair" condition phone and it is in excellent condition. It got here really quick and I am so excited to use it but I have to wait for the case to come in for it! Until then it's staying safely in the box it came in! I will definitely be using Back Market again for tech purchases and I will be telling friends and family about you also!     I'm an advocate for buying used electronics and by far this was the best purchase I have done so far. Phone came in a great condition. It was easy to setup but the features for this device are the best. I'm very satisfied and I'm looking forward to future purchases.

    I got this phone for a Christmas present for my wife and it's been great so far. It looks and performs like new. This was the 2nd S20 Ultra 5G from BackMarket. I got one for myself back in July and it has been great as well.
