pretty amazing 0 scratches anywhere (especially camera lenses - super clean) I’ve bought on amazon ‘excellent’ condition (its dogshit) and certified refurbished from Apple Store, this premium condition here is just as good as apple certified but like 300$ cheaper, would buy over apple certified again if in stock

I was hesitant with purchasing a refurbished unlocked phone but once I received it no damage looked great! And it was able to activate. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend and buy from here again!

Purchased an iPhone 12. It was delivered within a couple days, and is in excellent condition. Even the battery health is 100%!! Wow! I just want to say THANK YOU to the seller!!!!! I’ve been shopping around doing research on refurbished phones. This is the place to go!!! I bought 2 iphone13. One from another seller since my son wanted a different color. They have 4 options when choosing a device. Fair, good, excellent and premium. I ordered in good condition and received it in EXCELLENT condition!! Arrived in 2 days. There were no flaws that I could physically see. Hopefully internally is just as good. I will be getting my upgrades from here on out instead of paying full price for a brand new one.

I purchased an iPhone 13 128 GB in Excellent condition for my wife. When it arrived it was indeed in "Excellent" condition, with not a mark on it and in perfect working order. I downloaded an Apple app that allowed me to transfer settings, data, and similar installed apps from her old Pixel 5 Android phone, making setting up her "new" (to her) iPhone work much like her old Android phone did - Easy Peasy! This is my second iPhone 13 purchase in almost exactly a year! (The one from June 2024 was the same model for my use). It's great to have like-new phones in our possession, and having them be Apple brand is really great! I had apple phones years ago but shied away from purchasing later models due to the price. Finding Back Market with their excellent phones at very reasonable prices has made me a fan of refurbished devices. I am also happy to be helping keep unnecessary electronics out of landfills. so far, I am overall impressed with my recent unlocked iPhone 12. my previous iPhone had a failing battery and I intend to trade it in to get a tiny amount of cash. and my overall intention of getting an unlocked iPhone 12 is for mobile videography and not to show off. the battery lifespan is at 88% 2% below 90. the battery life seems to hold up and I believe I have up to 3 years to get Apple's IOS updates.

Honestly, first time using Backmarket. Already out the box; this phone was in better quality then amazons “premium” refurbished phone. I received a iPhone 12 Pro pacific blue. With dents on the front and a non original screen. The phone I got from back market is absolutely beautiful and better than the Amazon one I received. Although; 2 things to note. That the battery was definitely worse. The one I got from backmarket is at 81% while the one I got from amazing was at 92% One side thing I did notice even though I bought this phone at excellent quality the screen has some minor scratches which I’m not too particularly pleased about. Although, it does have Apple OEM parts. So I can’t really be too worried about it. Been using it for a few days and it’s been solid.

I am quite pleased with this iPhone 14 Pro. I've purchased two other iPhones before this one and was given iPhones below their proposed quality grade (premium). However, this iPhone 14 Pro in Space Black was borderline flawless (not a single scratch), working smoothly, and best of all, the battery health was at 100%. That's impressive considering it's almost three years old. The iPhone came from Cellular Professor, so I highly recommend getting refurbished from them if it's an option.

Battery life is strong, the color is gorgeous (that purple hits different 💜), and it’s been running perfectly with no issues. Delivery was fast, and setup was easy.
