I was very sceptical about buying a refurbished phone, but after reading other reviews I took the chance and I'm glad I did. I purchased for my wife so that we can have the same phones. The only issue, may not be an issue, is there is three permanent light hard to see rings, about the size of a small button on the screen, it's only visible in photos when looking at pictures, other than that, the phone is perfect. I highly recommend others to purchase their phones through back market.

I really love the galaxy s21 ultra 5g this is an excellent phone working fine right out of the box. and going strong too! Even after the wear and tear of daily life. Well worth the price too!! Am very happy I bought this phone!

So far no problems. No issues with the screen, the battery charges and holds the charger for a reasonable time, and was able to insert and connect to Spectrum once they turned it on, on their side. It's for my Father, who is technically disinclined, so as long as the phone works, and the hearing aid app that he got it for, he should be happy. Or at least as happy as he can be with having a smart phone. ;o)

I can honestly say this phone was better then described. The description labels this phone as 12gb of memory. The 512gb s21 ultra has a ram of 16. My only concern is that the battery is not 100% but still lasts near all day and charges quickly. I will continue to monitor the battery situation.
