Fantastic phone...best I've ever had. It took 3 years of hard abuse from me with that military grade case living up to its name. The phone was in perfect condition when it arrived and I couldn't have been happier with the purchase.

The phone was great, emphasis on was. I bought this phone a month ago and since then: -The battery cannot sustain more than 3 hours of use without a full charge. I will go on a run and track it with strava and if my phone isn't charged to 100% then it will die in the middle of the run. -The back of the phone is peeling off, exposing the internal hardware which completely negates the entire point of buying this model phone -The phone completely loses signal constantly, and it is completely random when it happens. Apps like instagram and youtube will work but the phone will be unable to receive texts and phone calls. -A new one as of today, the phone is running and playing my music and I am receiving calls but the screen will not turn on so I can't even restart the phone to fix it. It's just completely bricked and unusable. I had a galaxy s8 active for years and never had any of these issues, I don't know what their methodology for refurbishing phones is but it seems like either I got a bunk phone or maybe refurbishing phones just isn't the way, especially if these are the issues introduced. Note: I did buy a phone in "Fair" condition and probably won't use this site again to find out if the better quality options are meaningful but this is a pretty horrible experience I'm having currently. I want this website to succeed but you can't just sell people garbage and expect them not to get pissed that the phone they just bought lasted a single month.

And best thing in that I've bought it locked sprint prepare myself to unlock to use my carrier Guess what my DIGICEL SIM card works on it perfect at the try without unlocked it. Unfortunately this company makes it impossible to reach them. I purchased a phone and had battery problems from the beginning. Now the phone battery blew up! I’m going to reach out the the BBB. This is ridiculous that I can’t reach out to this company.

I have been looking at Back Market for sometime but concerned about a refurbished phone. The quality is great and just as described. The price was outstanding. I strongly recommend them and will be a customer for life.

Product had a few discrepancies with listed condition of the phone but after contacting Cellular Professor they have been more than accommodating with making things right and assuring my ultimate satisfaction with my purchase. Everyone always gripes about the possibility of getting a "dud" or being sold something with hidden issues when buying a refurbished phone. I guess you could say that I would be considered to have been in the category of buying something not as listed but the real main thing that I cannot stress enough is how the vendor conducts themselves once made aware of an issue. Cellular professor have been utmost professionals in their response time, empathy for the customer, and dedication to their service and ultimately the image they want to portray as vendors. I can not reccomend them enough as my experience was overall very positive despite a discrepancy. It was worth the money and still going strong 3 years in

Ordered refurbished Galaxy S8 Active, and received a defective device that did not charge at all, phone charging port was eroded and had a piece broken off on the inside. I contacted customer support and they quickly helped me with getting my phone replaced. However the replacement phone was defective as well and had to send it back again for second time but customer service was very helpful once again and now I finally have a fully functional phone that I am very pleased with. So if your skeptical on whether or not to purchase at least know that if you are not satisfied with what you receive that the warranty will work in your favor to ensure you get what you expected eventually.

So happy, my wife has loved it. We had bought a refurbished phone from a different company in the past and were disappointed. This time around I am so happy with what we got. I highly recommend using backmarket.com. I will be making all future phone purchases here.
