Fantastic phone...best I've ever had. It took 3 years of hard abuse from me with that military grade case living up to its name. The phone was in perfect condition when it arrived and I couldn't have been happier with the purchase.

I have been looking at Back Market for sometime but concerned about a refurbished phone. The quality is great and just as described. The price was outstanding. I strongly recommend them and will be a customer for life.

The phone was great, emphasis on was. I bought this phone a month ago and since then: -The battery cannot sustain more than 3 hours of use without a full charge. I will go on a run and track it with strava and if my phone isn't charged to 100% then it will die in the middle of the run. -The back of the phone is peeling off, exposing the internal hardware which completely negates the entire point of buying this model phone -The phone completely loses signal constantly, and it is completely random when it happens. Apps like instagram and youtube will work but the phone will be unable to receive texts and phone calls. -A new one as of today, the phone is running and playing my music and I am receiving calls but the screen will not turn on so I can't even restart the phone to fix it. It's just completely bricked and unusable. I had a galaxy s8 active for years and never had any of these issues, I don't know what their methodology for refurbishing phones is but it seems like either I got a bunk phone or maybe refurbishing phones just isn't the way, especially if these are the issues introduced. As fair condition phone, the looks to good for me it's like new. And best thing in that I've bought it locked sprint prepare myself to unlock to use my carrier Guess what my DIGICEL SIM card works on it perfect at the try without unlocked it. I could not be more satisfied than that for my first purchase on backmarket.com. Definitely you are my market for electronics. Unfortunately this company makes it impossible to reach them. I purchased a phone and had battery problems from the beginning. Now the phone battery blew up! I’m going to reach out the the BBB. This is ridiculous that I can’t reach out to this company.

This is the second phone I have purchased BM. My boys and husband are just too hard on phones to purchase brand new everytime. BackMarket and its crew are a blessing to my smoldering credit card. I am actually back this time to look at a third purchase. I have no reservations about telling someone to "jump in the deep end" with BM. So I say this, Take your "swimmies" off and find you something that would make you happy. The time period you are given to find a perfect fit, ensures you will at least get close.

Product had a few discrepancies with listed condition of the phone but after contacting Cellular Professor they have been more than accommodating with making things right and assuring my ultimate satisfaction with my purchase. Everyone always gripes about the possibility of getting a "dud" or being sold something with hidden issues when buying a refurbished phone. I guess you could say that I would be considered to have been in the category of buying something not as listed but the real main thing that I cannot stress enough is how the vendor conducts themselves once made aware of an issue. Cellular professor have been utmost professionals in their response time, empathy for the customer, and dedication to their service and ultimately the image they want to portray as vendors. I can not reccomend them enough as my experience was overall very positive despite a discrepancy. Their handling of the situation made them look better in my eyes than if I would have gotten the product with mo issues at all. Thank you Cellular Professor.

I almost purchased a refurbish phone on Amazon until I read reviews noting poor condition, locked phones, stolen phones and then I found Back Market...great price, pristine condition and a pain free transaction
