This tablet is great! It runs well overall, though it can be a little laggy with certain games. It charges fairly quickly, and I’m planning to use it for a long time. If you’re considering getting one, I definitely recommend it!

As a repeat customer of Back Markey, I bought this for my wife to listen to audio books and play games. Arrived earlier than expected. I had to help set it up. It was originally issued by Verizon. Once I got around that, it had the previous owners phone number and some other info. Oopsie! Being the good guy I am, I deleted all the info. It also came with the wrong charging cable, USB C to Lightning (Apple), Should have been USB C to USB C. Fortunately I had one. After a bit of time deleting the Verizon app and other apps she doesn't use, tablet works great. She has only brought to me once when something popped up relating to something I overlooked deleting. Overall the tablet works great (now)! Just a little sloppy on the seller's end not having reset to factory settings and wiping info.

Actually purchased 4 of them for various tasks at our church, 2 for check-in, one for kids ministry and one for announcements and pastoral use. All are working flawlessly, and arrived in perfect, like new condition.

I wish I could rate the seller. I would rate 1 star >=( The tablet had an enterprise lock, and I could not use it. I contacted Black Market support and was satisfied with how they handled this matter. BM contacted the seller and was told the tablet would be unlocked in a week, but that never happened. I returned the tablet and purchased a similar tablet via BM.

Love the tablets. My only complaint is that I get a warning every time I charge them saying "will experience slower chargering speeds due to not using the original charger".

Absolutely perfect because it is exactly the size, color and replete with all the best apps ready for immediate use.

I love the product. The only issue I had was shipping; the shipping time did not match and was two days late. Nothing occured to make it late, just give the order the two extra days to get to you if you order. Other than that the tablet is fantastic!

Underrated item. It was in excellent condition, beautiful in every way. Had a problem charging, but found out it was our cable. Our daughter got used to it and handed over her old Fire tablet. She is making good use of it.
