Received my refurbished iPad Pro 12.9” in flawless condition. It works as expected..The process to copy apps and data from existing iPad 32gb to the new one took a little bit of time. It was necessary to erase everything on the new machine back to the Hello screen. Ordering from Backmarket was very seamless. I received the device well packed with new Apple USBC charger and cable. The item was received within 4 business days after ordering. Trackable on FedEx. Have not tested camera or battery life as yet so not reviewing those aspects I’m sure they are acceptable

Great experience, I was need a newer ipad that was larger. Super satisfied with purchase, delivery, and activation. I have bought from Walmart and Amazon and have had to return their devices. I will be sharing this as an option to others! I need this for school to take notes. I use good notes, also pinterest and Reddit absolutely popp on this device. My generic pen totally works with it.

Truly a wonderful buy and worth the money. It had little to no damage on it and could instantly start using it when I turned it on. Would definitely recommend getting one of your on the fence of getting a new one from apple.

first & foremost, AMAZING experience. i ordered a “good” device and it came in essentially flawless (super minor scuffs on the body). at first i was skeptical to buy a refurbished device not directly from apple, but honestly, i’m never going back to apple refurbished after trying back market. delivery was super fast. couldn’t ask for anything more 🙏

In all honesty, my expectations were pretty low when I hit the order button. Refurbished products normally don’t impress me. I was surprised at how fast it got a tracking number and was shipped. It arrived and I opened it expecting some flaws and couldn’t find any! It looked pretty much brand new. Step one passed. I turned it on and was please to see the screen come up in all its brilliance. Took it home and connected to my WiFi and it was all good. If you’re on the fence about purchasing from Backmarket, try it, you’ll probably be as surprised as I was. I am very happy I chose to buy from them rather than buying new. Thanks!

Honestly I love my iPad. I ordered “fair” condition and its look almost flawless. It has a scuff at the bottom left corner but its so small and im going to have a case on anyway. The screen is perfect and the back is perfect. Great iPad if you’re looking for something budget friendly😊

Really a terrific machine. My first iPad so it take a bit of patience as it’s replacing a Mac. The screen is really fantastic. Same with the speed. There are loads of tips and training to get familiar with the operating system and settings. I’m very happy with the transaction and saved 30% off the retail price.

I’m obsessed with my iPad. It’s the Fair one so it’s got a little crack near the camera base but nowhere on the actual lenses. It does have a singular scratch visible occasionally on the front screen but I never notice it. The shipper handled my silvery option very well, because I changed the option to be held instead of delivered it was done in a timely manner by both seller and fedex. The item is extremely light so when I received it I went straight in, making sure it was in there. Sure enough it was in there! Only thing that sucks about getting a refurbished iPad is that you don’t get the unboxing like most do. But it’s still a fun time opening it up. Also, the 12.9 inch is HUGE it’s like a mini flat screen tv. It NEEDS a case for those of you who raw dog your iPhones. It’s great for everything you need. It’s basically a computer without the keyboard and a phone but bigger. I recommend this vs. a MacBook because this is detachable and would have two uses. I have yet to try procreate and some others because I don’t have a pencil yet but soon to come. Overall extremely happy and will continue buying items from BM. Thank you seller!

I bought this ipad to read sheet music on. It took me a minute to get the programs I needed up and running, but it is working beautifully. I'm glad I didn't buy new. Not only are they expensive, but my friends are all jealous because the screen on this one is larger than the new 12.9 pro ipads. I LOVE refurbished tech!! I know someone has carefully gone through every detail.
