I was hesitant with purchasing a refurbished unlocked phone but once I received it no damage looked great! And it was able to activate. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend and buy from here again!

I just want to say THANK YOU to the seller!!!!! I’ve been shopping around doing research on refurbished phones. This is the place to go!!! I bought 2 iphone13. One from another seller since my son wanted a different color. They have 4 options when choosing a device. Fair, good, excellent and premium. I ordered in good condition and received it in EXCELLENT condition!! Arrived in 2 days. There were no flaws that I could physically see. Hopefully internally is just as good. I will be getting my upgrades from here on out instead of paying full price for a brand new one.

I purchased an iPhone 13 128 GB in Excellent condition for my wife. When it arrived it was indeed in "Excellent" condition, with not a mark on it and in perfect working order. I downloaded an Apple app that allowed me to transfer settings, data, and similar installed apps from her old Pixel 5 Android phone, making setting up her "new" (to her) iPhone work much like her old Android phone did - Easy Peasy! This is my second iPhone 13 purchase in almost exactly a year! (The one from June 2024 was the same model for my use). It's great to have like-new phones in our possession, and having them be Apple brand is really great! I had apple phones years ago but shied away from purchasing later models due to the price. Finding Back Market with their excellent phones at very reasonable prices has made me a fan of refurbished devices. I am also happy to be helping keep unnecessary electronics out of landfills. Bought in fair condition but it came in PERFECT condition I love back market have been using for all my electronics I recently put my boyfriend onto it now he loves it to he bought a iPhone 12 also came in PERFECTTT condition everybody in my family loves back market thank you! The only small tiny thing not really an issue but I thought was kinda funny I got a fast charger included which is great! But no block lol it’s not a problem for me since I have multiple anyways but just incase it happens to be for future buyers it doesn’t come with block just charger :))

my first back Market experience and i am 100% satacfied. this came with only minor wear and a 82% battery capacity and for a used phone i got what i expected. it was unclocked and works just fine on metro by T-Mobile. thanks!!

Initially, I was skeptical about whether the phone would arrive, but it came well wrapped and included a charger. The phone is nearly new, with only a few scratches on the back camera that are hardly noticeable. For half the price of a new phone, it was an incredible deal. I highly recommend it!

The phone works great! This is my 3rd time receiving a iphone from here & I always am pleased. On my last iphone 11 pro max only thing was that only one side of my volume speaker at the bottom had a sound but the other sound was quiet, but it was definitely still loud. Now I have the iphone 13 mini & I love it 100% it also has long battery life than my other 2 iphones that i’ve received. Next i’ll be ordering the iphone 13 Pro Max

The refurbished iPhone 13 is great so far! The setup process was pretty easy, and everything’s working as expected. One small thing—this won’t affect my rating, but it’s worth mentioning: the mail-in kit for sending back my old phone for trade-in took a long time to arrive. I was getting close to the trade-in deadline, so I ended up using the packaging from the new phone instead. Aside from that, everything went smoothly.

I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in.
