5/5My iPhone 14 arrived within a few days of my order. I ordered one that was listed as “good” condition. I was expecting a few minor scratches but when I opened up the box, it was in pristine condition! 😁 Not one scratch on either front or back of my phone! Your business was in touch with me, via email, from start right up to when I mailed my old iPhone back to you , free of charge. In my opinion, you are definitely a 5 star business with 5 star service. 4.6/5i’m obsessed with my new phone !! i only have one complaint- i ordered a phone in excellent condition & it has a big scratch at the bottom of the screen ! not what i would expect from “excellent condition.” Luckily with the screen protector on it’s barely noticeable, but still, i was kinda bummed about it. other than that the phone works literally perfectly & is beautiful! this is the third apple product i’ve bought from back market & i totally recommend it to anyone who’s unsure about trying a refurbished piece of tech. i’ll be using this phone for years to come! totally worth it :)iPhone 14 128GB - Purple - Unlocked - Dual eSIMPurchased on February 23, 2024

4.7/5So I was a little skeptical about ordering a refurbished phone but eventually went through with it, the phone works great and looks great, I ordered it in good condition and there were a few scratches on the corners that were fairly visible which I don't have a problem with, some people said they ordered in in good condition as well and theirs came in flawless. 4/5This was my first purchase in Backmarket. Good condition Iphone14 has been delivered, fortunately battery condition was 97%. However, phone had several scratches on its edges showing silver color. 5/5I was eyeing a 256GB iPhone 14 in “Good” condition. But, this 512GB model in “Excellent” condition cost only a bit more. It’s spotless, works perfectly, and the battery health is at 100%.
