When I bought the fair condition I was expecting it to be cracked and the battery would be no so great. When I received my phone, the battery was great, the phone looked brand new and I didn’t see any cracks. I felt like u had just gotten a brand new phone for cheap! I would recommend the fair condition because it is just as great as the rest of them I’m assuming. Thank you Back Market!

I just received my refurbished iPhone XR thru Fedex was very skeptical at first but I gave it a try and my iPhone came in 2 days work’s amazing no issues at all but besides the little nickes a phone cover case can cover that. This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them. Later, my iPhone XR continues to work well but I've seen offers from others for $100 while I paid $300
