The SIM card tray was cracked along the edge and it was tricky to reinstall without further damage. Luckily I had an old S8 and I swapped the trays. Other than that the phone functions as expected. 4th purchase on BM 1st issue.

Phone was in top condition, fast delivery, great value for the price. It is a great phone for standard use - calls, texting, apps, and more. Camera is very nice and just the write size for me^ want to be able to use the phone fully on one hand only. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy, the phone looked and operated like it was brand new. Transferred all my data from the old phone to the new Black Market phone with no problem. Shipping was fast. I don't expect any, but so far I have no complaints with Black Market...

Phone was in great physical condition for a "good" purchase. I was concerned that it didn't turn on or charge at all with the supplied cable. Turns out the charging cable supplied was faulty. Charged fine and powered on with a borrowed charger and cable.

I ordered a fair condition phone but felt almost new. It had just 2 micro dents on the frame which were hard to notice. Battery backup is good and easily lasts a whole day for medium use. A full charge gives a solid 3 hours screen on time or 2.5 days on standby

The customer service is great! Shipping was right on time, happy with that. Phone looks great, however; the volume is so low I have to put it on speaker to hear when on a phone call. My previous Galaxy S8 was fine, I had no problem hearing.
