My iPhone 13 (256GB, Starlight, unlocked) is in impeccible condition! It's battery health is at 100%. Techmint (the refurbisher for my device) shipped it well and quickly (ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday, coming from Austin to the DFW area where I live). Techmint included a lightning cable, a usb charging brick, and the pin to remove the SIM card drawer. Techmint did not disappoint in the least and I highly recommend this refurbisher if you can purchase from them. I have experience purchasing from Backmarket and have bought various devices including iPads, a laptop, an Apple watch and two iPhones from Backmarket. So far, I have not been disappointed.

I love the 13 mini. It's just a bit smaller than the iPhone 6 that it replaced, but the screen space is larger (no home button). I bought an "Excellent" grade refurbished phone. Although the phone came in a plain cardboard box, it appeared to be brand new -- it even had the free Apple TV offer that comes with the purchase of a new iPhone.

Loved how fast and reliable the service was. The process of placing my order was easy and I didn’t have any problems. I paid for the upgrade to “excellent”, and I was expecting an item in decent condition that was going to look used. However, the condition of the phone I received exceeded expectations. It looks and works like a brand new phone from Apple. The battery is at 100% performance, the screen is in perfect condition,, and the same applies to the body of the phone; there are no dents, no scratches, nothing indicates that this phone has been refurbished. Will buy from this company again in the future.

Most Apple products come with only the high marks of winners, after having proved itself worthy. Even then, it usually takes a while to assure it’s new owner. I have to admit that it’s not the Phone’s fault when it has hit the floor (and bounced & hit it again). Even holding my breath has made no difference in the performance of my little treasure, nope, I am so grateful that Back Market has such a talented group of refurbishers, & all involved have set their standards high. I’m really happy owning my refurbished iPhone. The only problem with my treasure is the lack of storage space, and again, my fault. From experience, I knew that I would need 256 storage but I only asked for 128. It does all of the things that I have needed it to do. My doctor set the alarm on it to remind me every day to take my prescribed meds. He just smiled & told me that our problem had a great solution. Now I take my medicine when I’m supposed to, & my doc doesn’t worry about that aspect of my care. Ain’t life grand when you have an iPhone for a friend? …and even grander when we can rely on Back Market for all the high-tech stuff? Excuse me, I have to go play on my ‘little treasure’. Got my phone a day early which was a nice surprise. The phone is in excellent condition and includes the cable and block (something that apple doesn’t do anymore). Cant tell it was refurbished cept for the slight scratches on the corner but no one can see it with the case on. Very satisfied!
