Kind of a mixed bag. The unit arrived as-described, if sloppily re-assembled. Hinges were loose and case was not properly reassembled. Booted and everything worked well, except the bluetooth which was intermittent and the fingerprint reader which may not have been properly connected. The *very good* news is this unit still had 6 months of Lenovo premiere support. I called Lenovo, trouble-shot it over the phone, then they sent a tech to my house the next day to completely replace the mainboard. While he was at it, the tech re-seated the fingerprint reader and and tightened all the screws, which he said were mostly loose. When he was done, the hinges were no longer loose, the unit was secure and felt great and the bluetooth issue was resolved. Ultimately, extremely happy for the price. I basically got Lenovo-new hardware internals for a third the price of a new Thinkpad. I'm unclear on whether that 6 months of Lenovo premiere support is a standard Back Market thing as part of their warranty support or whether I just got lucky and this unit had that support remaining from the original purchase. My refurbished Lenovo T490 is super. Very clean and very functional. I appreciate the updates on shipping, the way it was packaged, and how much lighter, and how much faster and easier it is to use. Finally, I am happy to help keep one more laptop out of a landfill. I will definitely recommend BackMarket to my acquaintances.

The Lenovo laptop was delivered earlier than expected, in excellent condition for a refurbished computer and was very easy to set up. It is used lightly, mainly with social media so it is most satisfactory especially for the price.

first time is hearing about back market was back in 2019 so I took a shot in 2021 to buy myself a new phone the OnePlus 7 pro, ( 3 and 1/2 years later phone still holding up very strong ) 3 1/2 years later I decide to buy myself a Lenovo 2 in 1 laptop excellent grade so far for the past 24 hours it's been great nothing but great products yeah.... Its may say ( excellent) refurbished but it's like they're taking the old products that can't be sold no longer in stores and stick them in a warehouse and wait for people to buy them in all reality there's really nothing wrong with these products.. would always recommend

This is a newer version of my old computer. This was a refurbished model and honestly you wouldn't be able to tell except for the label on the box. Works perfectly, no issues at this point. The transaction with Back Market was easy, shipping quick. I would shop with them again.

I purchased two refurbished chromebooks for my classroom (got tired of the kids excuses about why they couldn’t complete their work at home) and was able to get the IT guy to set it up so that we could use them on the school wifi. It’s been working out great so far. Only thing is connecting to the wifi has been an issue lately, but I do think the cause of it are the devices. Going to bring the IT guy back in to reset or fix that issue and the computers will once again be good as new!

This is a great little laptop. My daughter has a disability and this laptop is very easy for her to use. Even myself as an adult started to enjoy using Chromebooks because of the ease of them. I already purchased two Chromebooks from Back Market previously. We love the ease of Chromebook’s compared to other laptops. All three Chromebooks purchased have all been in excellent shape. This new Lenovo N23 Chromebook seems to be the best one of all the 3 purchased. It has great accessibility features. Thank You! Back Market for selling such high quality refurbished electronics.

Very happy with my refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad T480S. I haven't had a computer in years, and is taking some getting used to. But overall it works great, is in pretty good condition, good price, and shipping was fast. I've bought a few android phones and now a laptop from backmarket and have had a great experience every time. I will continue to buy from backmarket, every time the wife or kids break a phone.

I'm very pleased with the computer I purchased through Back Market. I was informed when it would get here. Came all in one piece and it works. I like the quality. I would recommend Back Market.
