It was actually just right. There was no problems with turning on or using anything on my Macbook Air 2017. The screen is perfect and it looks as though it is brand new.

I got it and fair condition not knowing what that meant because I’ve never ordered from the back market before or even ordered a refurbished MacBook before with getting it brand new and wow I’m very pleased. It looks practically new, a few light scratches but they’re not noticeable at all. Very fast shipping also very pleased

It’s a gamble ordering a 12” MacBook in 2025. This one was said to be in excellent condition and I gave it a shot. The computer is great shape and was able to update to MacOS Ventura and is completely functional other than the Bluetooth connection. I have not been able to troubleshoot this issue and can’t tell if it’s a hardware or software issue, or a combination of the two with a 2017 model computer. I ended up just buying some wired headphones and I’m good. Otherwise the 12” is great and I’d love to find one more as a backup in case this one does have a problem at some point. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Back Market and my purchase.

The space bar is sticky & the web cam is not the best quality.. but overall not bad for a burner computer! This is my first MacBook and I like it

nothing like this at this size and weight. Runs great and last a long time on battery. All of my other machines have 16 GB ram, but this one performs just fine as my ultra portable option. I use it daily and love it. I bought grade FAIR. The only indication of wear is that the E key has worn surface. everything functions great and I can not complain at all for this price

Got a 250gb M3 chip MacBook in good condition and it works great! Barely has a singular scratch on the back of it but other than that looks flawless. It is smaller than what I’m used to, switching from a 2015 MacBook Pro, 13.3 inch, but it feels great when using. Would recommend!

Honestly it’s a good buy. The price was just right. I was just needing a inbetween MacBook until I save up a bit for an m4 MacBook. The left shift key was stuck when I got it but some canned air fixed it right up.

Im pretty happy with my purchase. The device functions perfectly, it is in fairly good condition, battery life is good enough. I wish the listing would have mentioned that this version of MacBook couldn't be updated to the latest iOS but it's not a huge deal. Also I would have preferred that the device would have been cleaned before it was shipped to me, also that it would have been shipped in something safer than a box with some bubble wrap around the device. Otherwise I would purchase again if I needed a new laptop.
