I bought this phone because my old iPhone 6s was severely damaged and I very much needed to update my phone. This iPhone X came with a lot more storage space than my new phone, had a much better camera quality, and had a longer and better battery life. Although the maximum capacity on the phone I ordered was 79%, it has way more life in it than my other phone which had recently gotten a brand-new battery installed. Overall, a purchase I was very satisfied with, and would definitely order again if the need should arise!

Even though the iPhone X I received had a "Maximum Battery Capacity" of 84% I would have to say the phone looked great. I ordered the phone in "Excellent" condition and that is exactly the way I received it. Unfortunately though the iPhone I received had a past due bill associated with it which I don't blame Back Market for. Back Market has been there for me on both of my transactions and help me along the way. I won't hesitate to place another order with them as soon as I find something I like.

I’ve had my phone for nearly 5 years now and it’s worked excellently from day 1. The BackMarket experience has been very clear, transparent, and seamless. This phone would likely run a few more years if I hadn’t damaged it along the way.

The phone showed up earlier than expected, and we were shocked at how good the condition of the phone was, and the price. I will definitely be buying from Back Market again, and recommending to family and friends.

The battery at 100% capacity was a pleasant surprise. The general condition of the phone is very good. The only disappointing thing was that the screen has a lot of scuff marks when I look at it carefully. But O see them only when the screen is off (black). Otherwise, when the screen is lit, the scuff marks are not visible. All in all, hapy with the purchase.

Backmarket is the best website to get your phone from it don’t take weeks to get here it’s pretty fast shipping and I am happy with my phone it’s in perfect shape it preforms well there’s no problem I would recommend getting your devices from backmarket I look forward to buying more electronics from you guys in the future.💯

I didn’t quite know what to expect bc this was my first time ordering from this particular site. When I weighed out my options I felt that the chance would best be taken with this phone bc I read so many good reviews about the customer service being on point. I ordered this as a gift for my 12 year old who gets clumsiness from me and I didn’t want to go with a brand new phone bc.. well she’s 12 for crying out loud! When I got the package it was VERY quick, super easy to track, packaged decently and when I opened the phone my first words were “Damn… this is much better than I anticipated “ I mean the phone looked brand new! Not even 1 finger print that I could find! That being said I ordered one in excellent condition, I did get insurance or whatever else they offered and I advise you really read and look into what you’re getting! But for ME, what I received was amazing and I would definitely recommend it and I will order from this company again & again & again!
