    I recommend BackMarket to everyone looking to buy a used phone or even a used device they can't find elsewhere but want a reliable refurbishement. I've bought 3 iPhones all the same model and storage when I have somehow ruined my previous one and have been super happy with each one i have gotten. Even when I have chosen just a "Fair" condition, it has seemed to me to be mint. They do great refurbs and I feel like I'm helping keep these out of landfills by buying them here. Thanks guys for the best phone purchases I've ever made anywhere. Never a regret and always come away with a feel good purchase!! A+++

    phone was labeled excellent. however the exterior was filthy. I had to clean the grime off out of the seams on the phone and clean all of the exterior on my own. it did all clean and there is 1 scratch on the screen. phone has been working well. refurbisher just didn't seem to care about the phones appearance yet still marked it excellent. not the care/quality I have gotten in the past from back market devices. FedEx delivery is a pain. requires signature when they deliver mid day. did online signature to leave the package and they still don't leave it. provided instructions and they didn't leave it. customer service is helpless. took 3 extra days to get delivered to neighbor as they wouldnt leave it at the house. Overall it has all worked out so far...time will tell on the phone quality. just not my typical back market experience.

    This is the first time I've ever used Black Market, and I'm thinking refurbished may be the way to go with electronics. The purchasing process was simple, it arrived sooner than expected, and my new Galaxy Z Flip 5 works wonderfully. Transferring to my carrier (i.e., switching the SIM card) was super easy and transferring the data was mostly painless as well. My only complaint is I would have been happier if it was just a bit cheaper, but it is a new-ish model. overall, very satisfied.

    The Iphone13 pro is in really good condition. My only gripe was that the charging port should have been cleaned... I noticed it wouldn't charge with the standard cord, so upon checking, the port was full of dust/ pocket lint. I removed it carefully with a toothpick (there was a lot) & it's working now, but it should be cleaned when the phones are refurbished. Other than that, spectacular company & good experience. So happy to get a cheaper, high quality phone & help reduce carbon footprint in the process. :)

    I inadvertently ruined my phone practically as soon as it arrived from Back Market's seller, but before that happened I briefly got to feel like I got a brand new phone that was accidentally miscategorized a a refurbish. In other words, this company is what I call A+ quality. I would be tempted to trade it toward buying a replacement, but $20 bucks!?! I kinda want to practice trying to fix it myself. I've been trying to get better at this sort of thing. I took the screws out to reveal the condition of the slot that I assumed I had damaged and I AM newbie to these phones, but it looks like a simple matter of hoping for pure beginners luck combined with YouTube lessons haha.. because all I can see is a very very slight bit of damage to the edge of the slot. For an expert, probably an easy fix, but that horrible horrible (hehe :)) $20 offer for it as-is is just going to give me reason to get some more practice in! I really wish I could reach someone there on the phone!!! It's fine chatting, but I'd like to explain that the seller needs to offer more than $20 dollars when the damage is so minimal.     I have bought several phones through BackMarket. Great customer service. The phones arrive as scheduled. I love my new phone. The only thing I am not so happy about is the battery. I realize it is not a new battery, but it seems to run down quicker than usual, if I compare it to my other refurbished phones. I am not on the phone that much. I don't text a lot...I don't talk a lot. By evening I have to plug it in.

    I like this phone very much. It's quite speedy and the performance is up to date. Although I was puzzled that it was an AT&T phone, I managed to go to their website and change it to unlock. Now my phone is compatible with any carrier. I love how this phone is really the right size for texting, and it isn't too large to change landscapes. This is my first refurbished phone, and I'm quite surprised that this is my first flagship phone. I will recommend this to my friends if they want to budget their money!! 5/5

    First time ordering a phone with this company and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their communication was exceptional and explained everything, especially since I sold them my son's old phone. My son installed his SIMS card into this phone and it worked right away. He is signed with Cricket and had no issues and really loves this newer phone. I would definitely recommend this company and a refurbished iPhone. The savings was by far the best that I could find. Great Job Back Market!!
