The laptop works great. Initially, the laptop did not detect battery, although it worked fine. Now, that seems to be solved. The screen has two lines of pixel damage toward the bottom. Overall, perfect laptop for the price, works like new.

It’s a lot better than I thought. At first I thought it had no backlight but I dug deeper into online manuals and YouTube its battery life is good but I suggest turning all the suggested settings from the settings tab get a 100 watt charger preferably on sale it’s much better than a 65watt and the tablet mode is so fun, I recommend a stylus. Take care of it and it will take care of you

Had one little hiccup w/ the wrong cable to match the power brick shipped with the laptop -- although when I reached out the seller immediately just refunded me the cost of a new, correct, brick without hassle. Laptop has been running exceptionally well and looked fantastic. Zero complaints there

absolutely love it, had to install some drivers for the touchpad to work but other than that it's great, it came with a vinyl-type sticker covering whatever scratches there must be on it but I dont mind, it was well applied and stays on thats all that matters

Extremely happy with the product. Will be a repeat customer, and have already recommended Back Market to friends. I have worked in the second-hand tech market myself, and am extremely impressed with the quality of Back Market's product. My laptop only contained standard Windows bloat-ware, and there was nearly no trace of the technicians work. (Void some log files showing that the performance was tested before it was sent to me) Finally, which I imagine is quite niche, Sophos was already installed! My only regret is not knowing about Back Market sooner!

It's as it says in the listing. Everything seems to be working fine; it's holding charge, fingerprint scanner works and the camera is ok. Will update if I run in to any issues. Also, my kitten loves the packaging!

There were some initial problems with booting and touchpad; however, after googling, finding, and updating all the drivers, the laptop worked perfectly fine. The laptop has a long-lasting battery and the 32GB RAM is definitely a treat after upgrading from an 8GB laptop. I haven't had any overheating issues either despite using the laptop in bed. Definitely looking up power saving modes and "hibernation" mode for Lenovos is worth your time. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase cost-wise and time-wise.
