Refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus (5G)

This is the second phone I buy here and I will always come back. I got a S21 in ‘excellent’ about year ago for my dad, and it had a very very minor scratch on the side, other than that, it was perfect and still holding strong. Now I got a S21 Plus for my mom also as ‘excellent’ and it also had just a tiny little dent on the edge, but everything else was perfect and she loves her new phone. I remember being very skeptical at first, but now I can definitely say this is a perfect place to get yourself or someone a new phone if the person doesn’t mind that it’s “used”. I will always come back because of quality, speed, and of course, the price. Definitely recommend Back Market!

The shipping was very fast! But overall, the phone was in excellent condition. The phone had a very small detail in the camera border but is very small! Great delivery package, and a very easy app to use!

This was my dream phone. Ever since I got it I keep on getting updates which is getting annoying. The phone is having trouble connecting to wifi but that may just be the college's fault. Because of the connection problems I'm unable to use spotify which sucks.

I had to purchase another phone for my husband since he is so hard on phones. his Samsung S20+5g was going to cost 300$ to fix a screen my cat bit... that price was higher than the perfect phone I just got him..S21+5g..I dont like the waste from electronics but its not helping any when your charged that much to fix a perfectly good phone...the S21+5g I just got is really in excellent condition..just like the S20+5g I got from backmarket..ALL my phones are from here and this makes #5..ALL bc it cost too much too repair! My recent purchase of the S21+5g did not have the key and only a data transfer cord but its not a deal breaker just less waist. I am seriously thinking on sending ALL these broken screen phones too backmarket when I replace my phone come October when my carrier will no longer be compatible with mine! I will definitely come back to this store!

I was looking for a phone to replace my Galaxy S9 tat I had had for three years. This device meets all of my needs. I asked for a phone in excellent condition and it truth truly is in excellent condition. I could not distinguish it from a mew device. Backmarket's delivery was on-time. As for the device itself, Samsung switched away from having audio jacks and SD cards. The SD card matter is not a problem, owing to its vast on-board storage. For the audio jack, any USB-C splitter with separate power and audio ports is a suitable compensatory measure. The battery life, device performance, sensors, and camera are all outstanding.

I am ecstatic about my phone! It arrived exceptionally fast. The lady that I dealt with was very, very helpful, courteous and professional. She was so nice to me and helped so much. Unfortunately, my phone is on the way to repair, NOT the fault of Back Market at all!! I have a bone/muscle disorder which causes falls sometimes. “I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! And I WILL USE B.M. FOR EVERYTHING IN THE FUTURE!” After reading some of the reviews about people getting their items with deep scratches or customer receiving the wrong item entirely. I was really worried! Then After finding out that it doesn’t come direct from back market, they use 3rd party sellers which I didn’t know until after the purchase, I was freaking out, because I didn’t have much money to spend. But I COULDNT BE HAPPIER! the shipping was FAST and EFFICIENT!! I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! For selecting the “Fair” option I truly expected THE WORST! But it was the TOTAL OPPOSITE! There were just normal wear marks on the front and the back was flawless! It was the closest you could get to brand new without paying crazy money! Thank you guys for selling great products!

The edges of the phone had small scratches, which is fine because I bought the fair condition but other than that, the screen and the back of the phone were in pristine condition and everything works perfectly fine
