Refurbished iPhone 13 128 GB

phone was labeled excellent. however the exterior was filthy. I had to clean the grime off out of the seams on the phone and clean all of the exterior on my own. it did all clean and there is 1 scratch on the screen. phone has been working well. refurbisher just didn't seem to care about the phones appearance yet still marked it excellent. not the care/quality I have gotten in the past from back market devices. FedEx delivery is a pain. requires signature when they deliver mid day. did online signature to leave the package and they still don't leave it. provided instructions and they didn't leave it. customer service is helpless. took 3 extra days to get delivered to neighbor as they wouldnt leave it at the house. Overall it has all worked out so far...time will tell on the phone quality. just not my typical back market experience.

Just received my new phone last night and I’m super happy with its condition. I purchased a “fair” condition iPhone 13 and was a little nervous about how “fair” it would be but surprisingly the phone was almost perfect. A single crumb sized chip and a few scratches that are so small they’re basically invisible. Came with a fresh new battery and you can tell it’s good because Apple is mad now and keeps sending me notifications that there’s a foreign part and urges me to get it done by one of their professionals. Sorry, I will not be giving yo big ahh company any more money than I have to. Also, girly arrived a whole day early. I don’t know if I should thank FedEx or y’all but I’m happy regardless. Love back market and I will absolutely be back.

awesome phone! got “fair” iphone 13 and it’s practically brand new, very minuscule scratches on the side of the body. the only thing i’d complain about is the 83% battery it came with. other than that, i have no complaints. thank you !!

At first I was a lil hesitant on buying on the back market since it was my first time but I love my pink iPhone 13 it came in good condition and looks brand new! Would 1000% recommend buying from the back market❤️

The iPhone 13 I ordered was described as in "Good" condition. It came nicely packaged, and there were no scratches anywhere. I was very pleased with the appearance. Max capacity is at 88%, which I expected. It works well, and BackMarket helped insure it was delivered right. I've had it three days, and I'm really happy with my purchase.
