I'm very happy with my purchase. The MacBook Pro I got was flawless and exactly as described. The whole process was seamless and swift and actually arrived much sooner than the original estimate which was a very pleasant surprise. The spec I got was quite high and the only other place I found with a similar spec was on Apple's own refurbished section but that was significantly more expensive (by about $1000) I would definitely shop BackMarket again if I was looking for a similar device or phone.

Received my MacBook Pro 16inch 2021 and was relieved and happy with the condition. It came packaged well with an Apple charger. It looks practically brand new with only one small scratch that only I could see because I examined it thoroughly. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, please don’t be and trust Back Market. Very satisfied with my purchase.

My MacBook Pro M2 late 2022 model came in quickly and looked brand new with the box and charger. I would've never known it was refurbished if no one told me. I definitely recommend buying from Back Market because it is trusted and you also get the 1 year warranty in case something goes wrong.

It was time for a new computer as mine was getting too old to be supported or upgrade much anymore. I've learned to turn to Back Market for the buy. The order of my MacBook Pro was easy and it operates just as it should. I am very happy with my new computer, except that the battery capacity is only 86%. It holds a charge all day long, but I am afraid that I will be needing a new battery in a year or so. I guess that is the trade-off when you purchase a refurbished computer.
