On a surface level, this was fantastic. No issues, the phone arrived in amazing condition and fast too. Came charged with over half battery, and a charger was even thrown in. I am thoroughly impressed and am for sure going to use the service more. One thing to be aware of though about this specific 5G phone, is that it doesn't actually have the capacity to keep up with 5G Networks today, and thus cannot actually do 5G. It will still connect to 4G LTE networks all the same, and the phone is for sure an upgrade from the S9 series, but if you're buying it for 5G, as I was, you'll have to reconsider.

I got the phone within a week and it looked and behaved like a brand new phone. I got it for my son for Christmas and he loves it. The only downside, if you can really call it that, is that it did not come with a charger. The cable it came with seemed to be a transfer cable or something. It had usb-c connectors on both ends. I admit, I was skeptical because I hadn't heard of this site when my son showed me but I am very happy with my purchase and I will not hesitate to order from Back Market again.

The phone arrived quickly in like new condition. Clean transaction. Great pricing. We'll buy from here again. So impressed. No problems.

Ordered a phone and they sent a lesser equipped model without telling me. Returned this unit expecting an exchange and without any communication they just refunded my money. They only informed me the unit I purchased was not available.

It seems that the device was used recently. There were 2 screen shots taken on the 18th. Why is this?

This is my first purchase from back market, I was very skeptical at first but the price was to good to pass it . My phone shipped quite fast and one of the best refurbished phones I've ever used. Highly suggest giving back market a try.

I was looking for a phone with plenty of memory. This advertised 512gb storage but it only has 256. Also disappointed to find out that there was no micro sd capability with this 5g phone. I suppose it was my fault for not looking into it before purchasing the phone. I kept it anyway. Thanks.

I was excited to use the back market platform as it appears to be an organized and polished marketplace for refurbished electronics. The good: the quality of the phone was GREAT! I could barely notice any imperfections on the device. Shipping speeds were reasonable. customer service and communication with back market was acceptable. The Bad: Back Market is only the host for numerous refurbishing partners. There was zero communication between myself and the refurbishing partners. There is no way to ask questions to the partners prior to making a purchase. I've read multiple reviews with similar scenarios where they received a different model phone other than the one listed and it doesn't seem like back market is doing anything about it. Partners list flagship phones and mail you an inferior model. As someone that is taking apart your future phone and reassemble it, I'd expect them to be accurate on the details of the phone they ship out to customers. Although back market refunded me in full, I really needed this device for a trip I had coming up and I had to go elsewhere to find it. Shop with caution!!!
