Absolutely fantastic phone came in like 3-4 days. Ordered from GloSales and got a iPhone 15 pro in good condition there’s 2 super light scratches on the screen and if you go looking on the sides and back you can see some but honestly I’m not worried about that at all the battery health came in at 92% with 366 cycles and everything is working fine only issue is sometimes the screen doesn’t let me tap but it’ll only be for a second or two so I’m not worried about that at all at first I was skeptical because I did see a few bad reviews but I’m glad I did purchase overall a great company to buy from and very much worth it for the price

So far so good. I got an iPhone 15 pro in excellent condition from Maroon Mobile. The setup was quick and easy, battery health at 100% with 52 cycles, and no cosmetic imperfections. Be very sure to check vendors, compare, and make sure they’re reputable before buying ! I would definitely recommend Maroon Mobile!

I was looking for the best deal on an iPhone 15 Pro with 256GB of storage and was so happy to find Back Market! I got the unlocked fully refurbished version and its in really good condition. Really couldn't be happier with the purchase and happy to have picked up what seems like the last great iPhone apple made.

I’m very happy with this purchase-the order went smooth, arrived on time and the product was as described. The phone got a bit hot during the transition from the old one which I did not remember happening with a new Apple, but it stabilized shortly. I love my refurbished /new uPhone and will wholeheartedly recommend Back Market to anyone! 👌

I was happy to receive my PREMIUM refurbished iPhone 15 Pro. It looks and functions like new, however, when I received the phone, the battery life was at 89% (and within a week, dropped to 88%), not the 90% or higher that is advertised. I normally wouldn’t think it a big deal, BUT I paid the additional cost because of the advertised battery life. When I inquired about a refund of the additional money paid, BackMarket’s response was that battery life was not a valid reason for return and that I would have to go through the return process. Since I don’t have an alternate phone to use, I kept the 15 Pro. In addition, I paid a quality inspection fee of $7.99 (?), but apparently the battery life was overlooked. **You can still make it right and retain a customer, BackMarket, just reach out to me.**

This is my first time ordering from a marketplace for refurbished phones and I would highly recommend Back Market! Refund process is easy and customer service is helpful and responsive! It came in like-new condition with 100% Battery Health and 10-15 Battery Cycle Counts. No visual defects. 2nd iPhone I ordered but the seller later confirmed the phone was out of stock. Customer Service gave me the option of switching to a similar spec but different color iPhone from the same seller or refund. I opted for the refund. It was a iPhone 15 Pro Max in Excellent Condition sold by DuckSoup. 3rd iPhone (which is now my current iPhone) is a different 15 Pro Max in Excellent Condition from seller ItsWorthMore. Everything is fine so far except that I discovered when trying to apply the screen protector that the screen is not flat and I therefore need to leave it unprotected. I suspect that the previous owner had the screen replaced and they didn’t do a good job with the repair. Also, once (and thankfully only once so far) the screen glitched like there might be a loose connection somewhere but it was only for a brief second and it loaded what I wanted. I’m just hoping that this refurbished phone has the longevity that I’m hoping to get out of it before I upgrade in a few years.

When I took off the screen protector to replace with a privacy screen, the screen has a handful of small chips/imperfections. The battery has had 35 cycles. Battery health does show as 100%, but I think I assumed refurbished phone would come with a new battery. The phone itself is in excellent condition with no imperfections

Overall I’m pleased with the quality of the device! It’s in great condition and was delivered quickly for a very reasonable price overall. Being picky, it doesn’t have the kind of battery life a newer phone would - more like that of a phone you’d have had for a few months to a year. There are a few minor interface issues I’ve come to associate with an iPhone beginning to age too. But for a refurbished phone, this is a great deal and I’m pleased.

I loved the product and its quality, also got the item delivered earlier than expected. It was very economical, as I got an iPhone 15 pro 512 GB for just $904, and that to in excellent condition. Also, I got Battery health at 100%, moreover phone still has an active Apple warranty. I am not sure if after refurbishing the phone it is still water resistant or not, and so I wouldn't risk it. The charging cable is not original and very small in length. Rest everything is awesome and I love it. I checked the Antutu and Geek bench benchmark scores, they were a little lower side from the actual score but I guess that is due to the low charging and background applications.
