I used to get refurbished through eBay. Then this time it was a two-time nightmare. I read a review for Back Market and I'm glad I did. The phone arrived quickly and has worked flawlessly. I will definitely use Back Market when it is time to upgrade again!

I wasn’t sure about grabbing a refurbished device instead of a brand new one because it’s been so hard to find sellers whom I can trust regarding their product quality, but this one is totally different! I received my device 1 day earlier than expected. I purchased it in a excellent condition. My battery life is so good, it’s look like brand new. I’m so happy about my purchase and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it over if I need to.

This was worthy of the leap of faith! I have bought refurbished before on amazon and found it to be just alright, but this is 10x better- the price, the shipping, the reviews. It is really a great buy and I am so happy that it held true- no dents, scratches or weird glitches, and I bought it in good! Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the ease of purchase, ability to select the correct phone for me (storage size, dual sim, etc), and the ability to trade-in my old phone to help offset the cost of this one. The phone came in nondescript packaging and the phone was as described. I can't even tell it was refurbished!

I love my new watch, however the charger for the watch came with an adapter that was from an Obama phone carrier. But that’s what you get ordering from a refurbished company. Which I have no problem with. This is my second watch and I ordered a Mac book from Back Market. They are an awesome company and I would rather order from a company that’s trying to help save the earth by reusing perfectly used products then ordering from a company that’s pumping pollution into our precious earth. Finding what I was looking for and finding the phone I wanted in my price range was an excellent success. Product arrived a day early. The only thing I don't and am not happy about is when typing sometimes I have to tap the screen even just for a letter some times. Other times when trying to select something on my screen I am not to tap it at times. I have never gotten a refurbished phone before but I am guessing it is not

So far, I am very happy with my phone! It is a huge upgrade from my previous one. I was nervous about buying a refurbished phone, but my son talked me into it, and I'm so glad he did! Buying a used phone is a whole new world to me, but It's great. The only thing I wish I would have done different is order the one that was excellent condition, as opposed to good. I tried to contact the seller and upgrade my order immediately, but couldn't figure out a way to do that. It's all good. I love it. Thank you!!

Recieved the wrong color and with a small scratch on the screen. I know it's refurbished so I didn't expect the screen to be perfect but I believe I payed a little extra so it would be of better quality
