Refurbished Ultra portable laptops

i’ve ordered from the back market twice before this purchase. this was highly disappointing because the laptop over heats very easily. like watching youtube or playing among us easy. this was an eh. their phones are good though.

Two days after turning it on, It never turned on again. I barely used this think pad and I got it for work. Now I'm back to my slow PC and this is totally unacceptable. This will be my last order from this site.

My first issue is that I ordered and paid a higher price for this Hp Pavilion. I ordered and my invoice showed "Excellent". When received, it was obviously NOT excellent. I took several pictures to document the actual condition, which at best was less than very good. Second issue, I found there is no way to directly contact a person when I wanted to report my problem. The choices given through "Ask for help" had no relevance to this particular situation. To my surprise when I clicked on "write a review" the description was shown as very good not Excellent, which was in the listing and which I paid for. This could have been a quick and easy issue to deal with had I been able to speak with, even directly contact customer service via email. Instead BackMarket has left me angry and frustrated. You have lost a good customer over this. I also purchased an all-in-one computer listed as Excellent" but have not yet unboxed it. I don't feel at all confident in BackMarket.

We have bought two other computers with back market and we’re so happy. This is the first one that I feel like they just threw it in a box and sent it. No welcome letter, no instructions. Even had a screw falling out in the back.

Price was good, received laptop in reasonable time, turned on computer and it is running vmware software. Couldn't setup computer because I had no business email address. Customer service was no help told me to send computer back in and it would be repaired, problem is they shipped the return via ground 7 day to get back to them, 3 days for them to fix it and 7 days back to me. Customer service said there was no way to expedite repairs. Bad thing I work remote from home and can't work until I get my computer back. Poor customer service, they don't care about customer@

Arrived fast and in great condition. Almost no cosmetic marks. Virtually brand new.

Love the laptop it’s really fast purchased it for remote job memory is great and it looks brand new

Keyboard failed, horrible communication. Sent item back under warranty and got a completely different item in exchange. Totally unacceptable and zero help from Back Market who values their seller over their customers.

So far as good as a new laptop, and came ready for windows 11.
