I’ve had my iPhone 11 for about 3 weeks now and it is working excellently! I have not had any problems at all. I orderthe fair condition but I would say the phone is in great condition with the exception of the color being faded on the sides but that’s not a problem since I use a protective case. The battery life is amazing. Lasts me an 8 hour shift with still about 50% remaining when I get home. I ordered through CSER and I would definitely do it again!

So far so good. Got a Good condition iPhone 11. Spent the extra money to get a new battery in it. Only one scratch on the screen, about half an inch long. Don’t really care because it’s for my daughter and I put an otterbox case and screen protector on it. For around $250 USD, you can’t go wrong and my daughter is happy so I have no negative experience and they were able to help recycle her old phone and I should be getting some small refund for it.

HARDWARE ISSUE Upon delivery of the iPhone 11 (128 GB) - Black- Unlocked (Condition: Very Good), The phone worked just as expected until a little over a month after use. The iPhone went into a constant loop of rebooting, shutting off, and then rebooting again. I did some research, and it turns out that the related issue is due to iPhone error code 4013, which is a hardware issue. I am currently working on sending it to Back Market for repairs, but I am hesitant to make a purchase from them again.

Ordered the iPhone 11 for my son. It arrived fast and overall seems pretty good. There are several scratches on the screen, about four, small but simi deep, the back glass and housing are great. I ordered it in "GOOD" Condition and it's good enough for a teenager upgrading from an iPhone 8. Considering ordering from BM again in the future.
