Refurbished iPhones (unlocked)

phone was labeled excellent. however the exterior was filthy. I had to clean the grime off out of the seams on the phone and clean all of the exterior on my own. it did all clean and there is 1 scratch on the screen. phone has been working well. refurbisher just didn't seem to care about the phones appearance yet still marked it excellent. not the care/quality I have gotten in the past from back market devices. FedEx delivery is a pain. requires signature when they deliver mid day. did online signature to leave the package and they still don't leave it. provided instructions and they didn't leave it. customer service is helpless. took 3 extra days to get delivered to neighbor as they wouldnt leave it at the house. Overall it has all worked out so far...time will tell on the phone quality. just not my typical back market experience.

The Iphone13 pro is in really good condition. My only gripe was that the charging port should have been cleaned... I noticed it wouldn't charge with the standard cord, so upon checking, the port was full of dust/ pocket lint. I removed it carefully with a toothpick (there was a lot) & it's working now, but it should be cleaned when the phones are refurbished. Other than that, spectacular company & good experience. So happy to get a cheaper, high quality phone & help reduce carbon footprint in the process. :)

First time ordering a phone with this company and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their communication was exceptional and explained everything, especially since I sold them my son's old phone. My son installed his SIMS card into this phone and it worked right away. He is signed with Cricket and had no issues and really loves this newer phone. I would definitely recommend this company and a refurbished iPhone. The savings was by far the best that I could find. Great Job Back Market!!

Super easy. Quickly delivered. The phone is in great condition. I’m somewhat technologically challenged and I was able to easily swap my data and erase my old phone. I am especially happy about the price I paid. Why buy new when you can get a great refurbished iPhone. Whole heartedly recommend!!!

Id definitely buy here again my phone came with a screen protector and it looks brand new, when I tell people it’s refurbished they say “what no way.” Lol however the 11 pro cases are SO HARD TO FIND INSTORE. Now my only issue is batter, it’s not a big problem rn so I’ll send it in when I feel necessary since I have the protection plan but other than that, Im very happy with my purchase. I was skeptical at first but I recommend this site to everyone now.

I'm amazed, I was skeptical with a refurbished phone. ordered this in "good" condition and it has a tiny unseen scratch on the screen and the rest of the phone is flawless! highly recommend to anyone to use this company! THANK YOU!

Shipping was delayed due to a snowstorm, but the phone nevertheless arrived early. It is indeed in VERY good condition, still with great battery life/health and a lot of mileage left in it. I was nervous taking a chance with BackMarket, but I'm extremely glad I did! I saved $100 bucks off the best refurbished price I could find anywhere else, AND--unlike anywhere else--I get to trade in my current phone for $60. Could not be more pleased!

The iPhone was shipped a day before the estimated time. no scratches, marks or broken parts when looking at the phone and came at 99% battery health which is AMAZING for refurbished. the camera and sound is all working well.
