The the Mac Mini M1, 3.2 GHz - SSD from Black Market arrived early in EXCELLENT CONDITION and performs flawlessly. I couldn't ask for more, very impressed with Black Market. I've ordered refurbished from other venders but this was my best experiance.

Great phone with no complaints so far. . My wife cracked her screen on her iPhone 11 and the cost to repair it properly through Apple was the same price as trading it in and buying this refurbished iPhone 12.

I am really happy with my phone (OnePlus 10 Pro) and my experience using Back Market. My phone was shipped quickly and arrived within a week of ordering it. I can't tell it is even refurbished or that it is not new. It looks new and operates lightning fast. It was packaged professionally and has had not a single issue so far (it's been a few weeks). I'm very happy with my purchase. The MacBook Pro I got was flawless and exactly as described. The whole process was seamless and swift and actually arrived much sooner than the original estimate which was a very pleasant surprise. The spec I got was quite high and the only other place I found with a similar spec was on Apple's own refurbished section but that was significantly more expensive (by about $1000) I would definitely shop BackMarket again if I was looking for a similar device or phone.

I'm very satisfied with Backmarket and with the refurbishers responsible for my Oneplus 10 Pro. Ordered mine in excellent condition and there isn't a scratch on it any where. Great price. Looks and feels brand new. Only downside is they don't come with the original charger, just a cord which is fine. Just keep in mind if you buy one on here you'll need to get the official Warp Charger and OnePlus cord elsewhere. Overall 10/10 experience, will be using BackMarket again. This is my first time ever buying a refurbished iPhone from Back Market and my experience has been very wonderful! I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro (upgrade from the iPhone 12, always wanted a Pro just couldn’t afford one, until now) on 9th of July and just received it today 11th of July, super fast shipping and delivery! So far the phone is amazing. Just got it set up and ready to go. I got it in excellent condition and it truly is in excellent condition, I only seen one little mark on it! It came from Wireless Source from Back Market and they did amazing service, they even put a screen protector on it for me! I am truly impressed and very happy with my purchase and will definitely do another one when I need to upgrade to a new phone! Oh and the only thing is that the battery health is only 76%, wish it was more, but it is a used/refurbished phone. Thank you so very much!

I’ve been loving my refurbished iPhone 12 mini. It’s condition is exactly as described. Huge fan of the trade-in service as well. Was disappointed with the shipped cable tho. I expected a cable and power brick since it said “charger included”. Worst of all is it was usb type A, not a type C to lightning cable. But whatever

Ordered the “excellent” Deep Purple iPhone 14 Pro Max on a Thursday evening and received on Monday afternoon. Phone came in impeccable condition. Not a single scratch and even came with a screen protector installed. I’ve had the phone for just under two weeks but not a single issue with the phone has arisen. Amazing work and cudos to the refurbisher.
