I’ve had the iPhone for about a week now and so far I’m very pleased. The battery had 78% capacity instead of the 80% that was guaranteed. They said I could send it back and they would repair, replace or credit me back, but I couldn’t be without a phone. So I’m going to keep it. Thanks Back Market

The phone worked well until juuuuust a little after a year post-purchase: the charging port stopped working (even after extensive cleaning), making it unusable. The repair to replace a port was going to be over $150, so I'm just buying another phone.

I had this phone for about 2 years. The battery capacity came at 80%… I haven’t gotten the battery changed so it’s down to 65%. My only “complaint” is the battery could’ve came at a higher percentage considering the fact that I i did buy it in “excellent” condition but maybe excellent condition is more so for the body of the phone? Nevertheless, the phone is great and I got my money’s worth!

I like the phone and its functions. Easy to please me though since I was using an iPhone 7. I do not like the alert notifications that tell me the screen was replaced but i saw on your site that it should dissappear. The replacement has not affected the phone use, and at this point I just have to get used to the much newer functions of this model compared to the phone I was using.
