Crashed 2 times.. the first month of me buying this phone for my dad the phone went all black and would not turn back on. but with the help of backmarket costumer service we got it back on fast . It hasn’t crashed since so hopefully it stays that way. But everything else about the phone is perfectly fine.

I actually didn’t expect it to come so well I didn’t buy it to be in tip top shape but I see absolutely no scratches no dents and came almost perfect! came with a charger too when my package arrived it was raining so when opening I was super nervous but the packaging kept it nice and protected so the phone was just fine loved this and will keep buying!

The phone is pretty good, I got it in fair cus im broke and there was a few scrates but the phone is really good overall it was a 87% battery health but it charged to 100% so idk how that works but the only thing I would say is that it gets a little hot when you charge it.

At first the phone worked perfect amazing. But I havent had this phone over a year with not cracks or drops and first the power button got stuck into the phone. Then it shut down and when I turnt it on it is stuck in recovery mode. I connected to my mac tried to update and factory reset it without any success. I keep my phone updated and stuff so I know it isnt my fault. Buy at your own risk I guess.

i ordered a couple months ago the screen quality was amazing no scratches or nun the upper sides had a little scratch which was not noticed from afar and you couldnt really feel it so either would 10/10 really fast shipping only took 3 days i lost the phone which is a bummer but every thing was perfect untill it started over heating a lot and gliching before it died but i think it was due to exesive use ?

I ordered it on April first and received it on the fourth which was super quick in my opinion! I ordered an Xr in excellent condition and the only imperfections I’ve been able to spot so far is a small scratch on the back which im is no biggie to me. The battery health is 97% and I was able to activate the phone with no issues! 10/10 service; will definitely be using this website again :)
