Refurbished iPhone XS Max

Phone came fast and was in great shape. I needed a temporary quick phone because my old phone was dying out. I have brought from Back Market before and can truly say ALL my purchase experiences have been amazing! Will be ordering again.

I loveee it! i put off buying one for a YEAR. but it came in just about pristine condition!! Camera works perfect. Battery life was surprisingly good. No issues setting up and moving stuff over. I had an xs max 64gb a while back and i couldnt wait to get another. its beautiful! ive always loved the look and sleekness of this phone. plus the screen size! If you're thinking about it; Do it! i got the xs max 256gb Gold in "good" condition unlocked and its AMAZING. came with a charging cable too! way better than the hassle of buying off someone on marketplace etc. lol cant trust em. but you can trust BackMarket for sure!

To say I'm disappointed would be a huge understatement. I know this site sells refurbished devices, cool. However, if I'm given three options and choose "excellent quality" on top of paying half the actual price, it would be nice to receive what I paid for. I'm not happy at all with my purchase. My phone is broke and I spent money to get a new iPhone however the "new" iPhone is in just as poor condition as the phone I already have and now I have to go through the process of a return AND to buy ANOTHER phone. I unboxed the iPhone XS Max to not only find that is was littered in scratches all around the base (silver part of the phone) but the back of the phone has little marks on it, In my mind I'm like okay we're off to a bad start then I turn the phone on and I press "ENGLISH" and click on the Internet (my router name) and the phone jumps back to the welcome menu ( 3 times) now I'm annoyed I finally get past that and decide "I'm going to explore the phone but I WONT be setting it up." I start moving apps around and that's when I find yet another problem the apps won't move freely like they're supposed to and when I try to move an app again it cancels the move and sends the app back ...

This iPhone XS Max is perfect. It didn’t got a single scratch. And it’s not broken at all. I feel lucky. It’s just like going to the store and you got a brand new phone. 🙏🥰💐

I have purchased iPhones, MacBooks and an iPad from backmarket. This is the most awesome company. The year warranty and low LOW prices are the only way to go. Customer service is quick, knowledgeable and polite. I don’t know why anyone would pay over a thousand dollars and be tied to a contract. No thank you. Also each item arrived in better condition than I would have expected. Actually perfect condition. Don’t hesitate. Make backmarket your go to for all your devices.

I was very pleased with my purchase. I will never buy NEW again. Purchasing a phone fro my here is like buying a new phone. I saw no blemish or scratches and it looks NEW, and on top of that I have saved money on the purchase. I would certainly recommend this to anyone. Shipping was quick.

This was purchased as a replacement phone for my niece. It came 1 day early even after the Crowdstrike/Microsoft update debacle, nice!

I ordered “Exelent” as quality and the battery is about 85%, other than that the phone looks even better than I thought, I love it!
